“The thing is….” Alice started. “I was walking down to Dana this morning, and I saw her boyfriend Marcus getting out of the house….” She stopped. “And the point is?” Shane said unpatiantly. “Will you just listen?” Alice said and tried to get Shanes attention again. “Now…Where was I? Oh…yes…Well, he was walking away when I saw a car parking. And out came a woman. In fact a hot woman.” Alice stopped for a brief moment again, but Shane didden`t commented it. “She was obviously viseting Dana.” Alice looked at Shane for responds. “Well…isen`t that normal? She got other friends than us Al” Shane had a uninteressted expression now. Alice used a good minute to find out how to tell Shane why she found it so unnatural. “Eh…well. Maby, but they kind of…kissed”. Alice was now looking down like she was emberrased or something.
“They what?!” Shane was so surprised she almost laughed. “Oh, *****. I knew it.I really knew it!” Shane said, sounding a little proud of her gayradar. Alice on the other hand was not laughing, in fact she looked serious, and that made Shane remember why Alice wasen`t to happy about it. She got together at once and lost her grin. “So are you Ok?” Shane asked. “I mean…what are youre thoughts about it?” Shane changed the question to a more proffesional, in case Alice didden`t wanted to be personal about it. ” At least we know for shure now” Alice said, trying to be humoristic about it. Shane felt sorry for her now. She knew that Alice had been in love with Dana for a while. She could tell by the expressions on her face everythime Dana was around.

Suddanly, Shanes phone called and she made an I`m-gonna-take-it-if-its-ok-by-you-expression to Alice.
“Hi baby…yeah,shure. I`m here.” Alice looked at Shane while she talked, and Shane could see a hint of jealousy in her face. “No, I`m not alone. Al is here” she said. Alice pointed at the door to tell that she wasen`t going to stay for long, and Shane tried to make a don`t-leave-yet-expression at her. “Umm..baby? You`re coming over now? Ok. Good. I`ll see you soon. Bye”. Shane tried to finish the conversation quick so she could say goodbye to Alice.
