Bette: Leave? But, why?

Tina: I need time Bette; I came here to clear my mind. To see what I need to do.

Bette: I came here to bring you home with me. To make you fall in love with me all over again. I love you. I will do anything if you take me back. Just tell me what it is I have to do.

Tina: how can I tell you what to do, when I dont even know, what I want, or what I am going to do?

Bette looks at her and is standing directly in front of her. She is thinking about her next move. Damn, if I grab her and hold her she will not be able to resist me, but for so long== then again I do not want a repeat of what happen last time. I feel we are making some progress. I do not want to leave.

Tina is thinking to herself. I still love her. I can not believe it. I can just take her back and we could get thru this. But, what if it happens again. What if every time she goes out of town or comes home late I start to wonder, is that the kind of relationship I want. Is that the kind that she wants?

Tina: Bette. Leave

Bette reaches for Tina and pulls her closer to her, and Tina is trying to break Bettes hold. Bette pulls her to the sofa and they fall. Bette is on top of Tina, making sure she has her legs pinned between her legs. Bette tells her, I am not leaving I love you kissing Tina lips and cheek. Tina begins to cry and says:

Tina: Bette. Please no. Please do not do this to me.

Bette: (looking at Tina) I am sorry. I am losing my mind. What have I done to us?

Tina gives in and she is rubbing Bettes back and Bette feels this and looks at her

Bette: you know how much you mean to me. I love you. I will die if I am not with you. I will do what ever it takes and whatever you want. Just tell me what I have to do.

Tina is crying and she looks at into Bettes eyes:

Tina: I love you too, Bette. I am just afraid of going back to that place we were. I know you love me, but I am still angry. I

Bette stops her by giving her a kiss on the lips she parts her lips with her tongue, to her surprise Tina welcomes her tongue and kisses Bette back.

Bette breaks the kiss and says:

Bette: so are we ok?

Tina: Bette, just because I told you I love you and kiss you, it still does not mean I forgive you.

Bette: but, I can see it in your eyes

Tina: no, what you see in my eyes is love for you. There was never any question about that. But look at me Bette I am in so much pain.

Bette: I know, I know Tina. Listen
Tina: what

Bette: When I move to get up, promise me you will not hit, bite, kick, or throw anything at me. (Staring to see how that went over)

Tina: ok I promise

Bette moves from on top of Tina and stands up. She reaches her hand out to Tina so Tina can get up.

Bette: Tina, look its late I had a long day, then the flight. How about we do breakfast tomorrow and that way we can finish our talk.

Tina: So, youre leaving?

Bette: yes, its what you want (looking at her flirting and begins to smile)

Tina: why are you smiling?

Bette: you look so ***** in that bikini

Tina; um I was going for a swim before

Bette: hm ok enjoy. Bette turns to leave

Tina: Bette, would you like to join me

Bette; you know when I pack my stuff in such a rush I did not pack a suit

Tina: oh the beach out here is private and the pool, you dont need one.
