    “Daddy like it or not, Bette’s a lesbian!! -And she is getting married in a few weeks to a wonderful girl who she vehemently states is the love of her life…And I believe Tina is..”

    “Who made you judge and jury daddy? You have made your fair share of mistakes, as have I…But please don’t make losing Bette’s love and respect another one…”

    “I can’t condone it! – It’s an abomination! A sin!!”

    “And adultery isn’t?” Kit snapped back at her fathers hypocrisy..

    “It simple daddy…Either you want to lose a daughter…Or you open your mind and heart and gain another fantastic daughter!! – I swear to you…Tina Kennard is the best thing that has ever happened to Bette!! – She completes her!!.…You would have to see them together…They are perfect for each other!!…And little Angelica…Who I have to point out is as much Bette’s daughter as Tina’s is just a little star!!…She’s such a happy content child…You are the one missing out daddy…Its your loss if you don’t give them acceptance!…Because Bette WILL cut you out of her life without a second glance!…So you think about it okay!?”

    “Hmm…I’ll think about it..” Melvin replied

    “I’ll phone you about lunch later in the week okay? But I have to go for now…I have to go meet Angus”

    “Could you drop me off at the Hotel?”

    Chris watched from the other end of the room as Father and daughter walked out the club – He wondered who the man was?

     

    MEANWHILE

    “I cant believe I slept with you on the first date!!..”

    “It wasn’t even a date Kayleigh..” Carmen giggled…

    “That’s it…Make me feel even worse!…” The redhead replied sheepishly…As her cheeks went the colour of her hair…

    “No!…But I could make you feel better?..” The latino said seductively…

    “Yeah…It..It was amazing!…” Kayleigh replied, as small tears started to form in her eyes…

    “Oh honey…Come Here” Carmen said soothingly…

    “I-I’m sorry…I just never knew sex could feel so good!…So Right…”

    “Oh it’ll get better…Believe me!…” Carmen said with a soft grin as she kissed Kay’s head tenderly, then caressed her cheek…

    8. no, parents like melvin never learn. they are trapped in the need to be RIGHT all of the time no matter how much harm they cause and unhappiness-in fact they are not happy people.
