    “House of fire, yeah let’s build a house of fire…”

    The cold air of the extinguisher hit her back and she saw Tim and Shane by her side instantly.

    "Bette!" Shane cried grabbing Bette’s bleeding arm, "oh my God your arm!"

    "We need to get her out!" Tim said. Her lifted Bette bridal style into his arms and addressed the team, "open a path for us!"

    Shane ran behind Tim as he followed the team down the stairs. She spoke into her walkie talkie, "medic! We need a medic right away!"

    "On it!" Tasha responded, "is Bette okay?"

    "Severe first degree burn," Shane said, "other than that she seems to be fine."

    "And the Philly arsonist?" Tasha asked.

    Shane looked back at the large circle of flames where Jenny had surely fallen. Her screams were unmistakable and the smell of burnt flesh was almost overpowering the smell of the smoke. Her screams were gone now.

    She spoke into the walkie talkie, "she’s dead."

    October 22, 2011
    West Hollywood, California

    Tina rushed into the ER worriedly. Tasha, Alice, Mandy, Carmen, Shane, Helena, Dylan, and Danny were already there. Tina sobbed loudly as she dropped to the floor and pulled Danny into a giant bear hug.

    "Oh God, are you okay?" Tina said gripping Danny tightly.

    "Uh Mommy? I can’t breathe!" Danny said.

    Tina released her son and said, "I’m sorry. Are you alright?"

    "Yes I was with Captain Robles the whole time," Danny said.

    Tina kissed him on the forehead tenderly and stood up to address the rest of the group, "how’s Bette?"

    "She got some pretty serious 1st degree burns," Shane said.

    "She’s getting a skin graft done," Tasha said.

    "What’s that?" Tina asked.

    "Well simply they take excess skin from your butt to replace the burnt skin," Tasha explained.

    Mandy giggled, "butt skin."

    Alice shot her a look and Mandy immediately shut up.

    "When can I see her?" Tina asked.

    "After the procedure," Tasha said.

    "I think she needs all our support, she was very sad that she couldn’t save the Philly Arsonist," Shane said.

    "Oh fuck that bitch!" Tina snapped.

    Dylan bent down to Danny and said, "that’s a bad word okay, your mommy is just angry."

    Danny nodded in understanding.

    "I can’t believe she was right under our nose the entire time!" Helena said, "and she tried to frame me!"

    4. Great update. I stopped guessing but wondered about jenny because everyone was accounted for with what they were doing but her and not much was said about her, so I wondered. Glad the crazy bitch died, she made people suffer for nothing but for her perverse pleasure in seeing pain and destruction. Great update. thanks.

    6. I knew it! [If only I made a bet for real …shit!] She’s too good to be true..So I guess, It made sense. .. Now, I know this is kinda late?.. But how Bette figured it out just out of a few numbers?..Made me wonder… U ROCK TB24 WHEN IT COMES TO ACTION SCENES!

    7. I knew it! o/ I really loved this chapter! It´s good to know that they don´t have to deal with the arsonist any longer!(Hopefully!)Can´t wait for the next chapter!

    8. I guessed it was Jenny from Chapter 3, and I was so right. Glad that all the other girls are getting along. And Robbie accepts Tina and now our James is his Uncle, nice. Thank goodness Bette had the note and went to Danny’s school for parent day.

    12. Wow! Intense, exciting, sweet – amazing chapter and I love how you always connect the people in sucha great way with James being robbies uncle and all, cause I’m guessing it is the same james from the show?
