    Just A Dream? Chapter 7

    Chapter Seven

Shane walked into her house and closed the door. The music was playing, and she heard laughing. She walked into the kitchen, and Helena looked up.

“Hey,” Helena walked over to Shane and kissed her.

“Hey,” Jenny smiled at Shane. “What’s going on in here?”

“Helena’s teaching me how to cook.” Shane smiled.

“What are you two cooking?” She took off her jacket and sat it on the back of the chair.

“We’re cooking shrimp and scallops with angel hair pasta.”

“What the hell is a scallop?” Shane scrunched up her nose.

“It’s a mollusk.” Helena grabbed a fork and put the scallop on it. She walked over to Shane and held it to her lips. “Try it.” Shane slowly parted her lips, and Helena shoved the fork in her mouth. Shane took a step back and began to chew. She moaned softly, and Helena smiled.

“Not bad,” she stepped closer to Helena and kissed. “It’s good.”

“Thank you.” Helena went back over to the stove. Shane shoved her hands in her pockets.

“Is there anything you need help with?”

“You can set the table.” Shane nodded and went over to the cupboard. She grabbed the plates and placed them on the table.

Helena was cleaning off the table as Shane was putting the leftover food away. Jenny sat outside on the steps smoking a cigarette. Shane closed the refrigerator door and leaned against the counter. She grinned as she watched Helena bend over as she was grabbing the plates and silverware off the table. She walked over to Helena and grabbed her waist. She pulled Helena close to her, and Helena smiled.

    “What are you doing?”

“Getting ready to have dessert,” Shane moved Helena’s hair out of the way and kissed her neck.

“I have to clean up this mess.” Helena pulled away from Shane. “You can have dessert later,” she winked at Shane, and Shane smiled. Shane walked outside and sat next to Jenny. Jenny handed her cigarette, and Shane took a drag.  Shane handed it back and exhaled the smoke.

“Can I use your computer real quick? I wanted to check something out.”

    1. Drama indeed! Helena is nice but she’s not the one for Shane. Carmen is. I hope you make this work out in the end, but in the meantime I want heaps more drama. More I tell ya! Thanks again for writing. Looking forward to the next installment.
