“You’re quite the showstopper yourself in that outfit. I love that color on you.“
“Would you like some wine? I have a white burgundy to go with our meal.”
“I’d love some. What are you making? It smells amazing.”
Bette poured the wine, took the French bread out of the oven and placed the simmering mussels in a serving bowl and brought them to the table.
“Have a seat baby. In case you haven’t guessed we are doing French tonight starting with mussels and French bread for our appetizers.”
They sat down and enjoyed the appetizer. Although it was a fairly simple recipe Bette was proud of her accomplishment and Tina was obviously enjoying them.
“Babe this is so good. You’re becoming quite the gourmet chef.”
“You know I am really enjoying the cooking classes. That was one of your best ideas Tee. I especially love learning how to cook the international cuisine. Thank you for doing that.”
“I love it too. I’ve always enjoyed cooking but you’ve added another dimension by creating these themed evenings for us. This is so romantic. You make me feel so special every day that we’re together. Will it always be like this?”
“As long as I live. I promised you forever baby and I meant it.” Bette goes to Tina and kisses her so deeply that she leaves her breathless. When they pull apart she winks at Tina.
“French kissing is also on the menu tonight and it will be served ala carte. Je t’aime.”
“I love you too.” They’d only had the appetizer and Tina already wanted to take Bette to bed.
She changed the subject to Angie in an attempt to make it through to the next course. She knows Bette put a lot of effort into the evening and she wants to enjoy the delicious meal. For Bette the food was foreplay.
“How was your day with Angie? I’m sorry I had to leave so early for my meeting I didn’t even get to see her this morning. I missed her.”
“Yeah she missed you too but we had a really good day. I made her heart-shaped pancakes this morning and served her breakfast in bed. She loved that. We talked about sleep-away camp. I think she’s ready, especially since Suzie, Jackie and Sophie will be with her. I told her that Lisa met the camp counselor and she was really nice. I think she’s looking forward to it.”

Thank you Bibi28. Don’t worry Tina will also show Bette her love in amazing ways too. but don’t forget she did give Bette the Love Coupons and the necklace and the two hearts one love poem and flowers. Her grand gesture will be the ultimate.
I forgot, stupid me. But are there not more love coupons or is my mind playing with me after my early shifts from The last months?

Bat! I greatly appreicate the 3 chapters! I was just wishing upon a star for 2 more chapters! I feel ok! Still have the feeling in my chest. Waiting on the results of the blood work from Thursday now. She wants me to do PT. I’ve never heard of having PT for your chest. I’m just sick and tired of this feeling in my chest since January.
