Standing near the bank of the river she watched the tip of the large tree branch dip in and out of the water. Gripping the end of the stick she quickly plucks it from the water grabbing a hold of the line she was excited to see a squirming fish at the end. Remove the small dagger that hung from her hip she removes the fish and begins to the scale it. Once she finished she cut it into pieces placing the meat over the fire. Leaning back on her satchel Adele looked up towards the sky. By now she knew Jennicus was aware of her disappearance and would send soldiers in search of her.
