“Yes I know.” The seriousness in her tone caused Tina to worry. She was completely confused and the matter in which Kit spoke was beginning to frighten her.

“I do not understand your meaning, “she says turning her entire body to face her, “What is it you know? Ha-have you received word from Bette!?” Kit looking into her eyes sees the worry.

“Kit, give meaning as I remain absent regard to the matter in which you speak.”

“My wife has departed it is what keeps me close to her, “she says as tears began to fill her eyes. Kit slowly walks towards her.

“Both pillow and sheets where stained with tears.” Tina could not believe what she was hearing furthermore she could not believe Kit of all people would invade her privacy.

“I do not know, “she says as a single tear rolled down her cheek, “What you read or saw but contents revealed in those letters are private written from Bette to——.”

“They were written, “she says cutting her off, “To Bette from Kelly.” Hearing the words spilled from her tongue her heart beat aggressively against her chest.

“I give my word I did not intend to press upon private matter. You had fallen sleep for the night your night candle remained lit, I only sought to smother the wick preventing it from burning further or causing fire. A letter you held in hand without thought I gazed upon and —–.” Before Kit could complete her sentence Tina stormed off walking towards her room absent thought of her impending dinner with the queen. As she looked to close the door behind her Kit using her foot prevented the door from closing shut, steps in, then closes the door behind her.
