Liz and Sky both had wide eyes as they got out of the pool slowly and Liz thought she might not make it to see tomorrow from the looks on both Bette and Tinas faces. Tina grabbed Sky and took him into the bathroom to clean him up while Bette sent Liz to her room. Once Sky was clean and Tina made sure he was okay she went into Lizs room to see why her daughter would do such a thing. She found Liz sitting on the floor, still in her muddy clothes, playing with Bob. Tina walked in and took Bob and put him back in his cage and set his cage on top of Lizs bookshelf where she could not reach. Then she turned to her daughter and frowned at her.

Liz why did you cover your brother in mud?

We were playing mud people mommy

I know but you know that it was not okay to do that right?

Why?

Because its really dirty and makes a big mess. No more mud people okay Liz?

Okaycome on we need to get you cleaned up

Tina dragged Liz into the bathroom and cleaned her up all the while lecturing her on why it was wrong to do that. Liz just nodded yes and no whenever Tina asked her something and after she was clean Tina sent her back to her room as punishment. She walked out of the bathroom shaking her head and went over to where Bette was sitting on the couch watching Sky sleep on the floor. She sat down next to Bette and for a second both women had to laugh, sometimes Liz just drove them nutso but nonetheless Liz was such a funny kid. Bette put her arm around Tina and kissed her temple.

I think having two might have been a bad ideawe arent going to ever have a break are we?

Bette and Tina laughed at this thought and before long they fell asleep as well. Sky was fast asleep after such an eventful day and his two mommies were right next to him both knocked out for the same reason, but not Liz. She was pacing around her room trying to figure out how to get out and play again and she was pissed that she couldnt play with Bob. She understood what she did was wrong but she didnt really understand why. She might not have to understand that but she did understand one thingnext timeshell just have to be more careful about who she shows her mud people to.
