    Tina turned to Bette. “You ready to go to bed?” Bette just nodded her head. Tina stood up from the couch grabbed Bette’s hand and led her into the bedroom. When they had changed they got under the covers and snuggled closer together. “I’ve got something for you babe.” Tina said. Bette looked at her. Tina got out of bed and walked to the closet. She grabbed her suitcase and took something out of it. She walked back to the bed and got under the covers again. She turned to Bette and gave her a little black velvet box. Bette looked intently at the box. “Go ahead, open it? Tina urged Bette. Bette opened the box. As she saw what was inside, tears started to form in her eyes. “You kept those?” she whispered. Tina just nodded her head. She took Bette’s wedding band out of the box and took Bette’s left hand. She looked at Bette as she said: “With this ring I promise you to never shut you out again, to never run when times get hard. You are my everything, Bette. I don’t ever want to lose you again.” She put the ring on Bette’s finger. Bette stared at her hand. She let out a sob. Then she looked back at Tina and smiled. She took Tina’s wedding band from the box and took Tina’s left hand. “Tina, with this ring I promise you to never ever hurt you again like I did. I promise you I won’t run when things get hard and I promise you I won’t be in control all the time. I’ll talk to you, I’ll take care of you and our baby girl and I will love you forever.” She put the ring on Tina’s finger and they entwined their hands. “I love you Bette” Tina said. “I love you too Tina!” They shared a passionate kiss. When they broke apart. They smiled at each other, snuggled close together and fell asleep with a content smile on their faces.

     

    They woke up in the same position as they had slept. Tina was lying with her back to Bette and their hands lay entwined on Tina’s belly. Bette felt at peace! She was really happy that they had talked and that Tina had forgiven her. She let go of Tina and decided to make her breakfast. She quietly got out of bed trying not to disturb Tina. Tina stirred but didn’t wake. Bette looked at her one more time and got out of the room.

    1. Looks like Helena didn’t get the message. Uh Oh. This should be interesting. Bette shouldn’t say anything, Tina needs to remind Helena its over and she needs to do it in front of Bette. Love the pool

    3. oh god just when we thought it was safe… look what the cat dragged in… ok tina come and tell helly to hit the road… she should also say… byt the way we renewed our wedding vows last night and we’re on our Honeymoon… and then just close the door…

      and what do you mean this story is coming to an end… there is so much to write about up to and after the baby’s born….
