Dana saw the lineup. Right now there were 6 members and 1 trainer, Marsha. Since Dana was subbing for Seth, Marsha had his authority but Dana had the ability to assist and spot. Unbelievable.

Dana stood in from of the members and said, ‘Hello! My name is Dana Fairbanks! I’ll be subbing for Seth today. It may be my first day as a Power Trainer but I assure you that I know what to do. She could feel the testosterone running off the men. These guys could lift anywhere from 500 to 850 pounds and she was responsible for their safety with weights the size of sumo wrestlers.
