    Bette and Tina have had enough of someone…but never enough of one another

    After the introductions were finished one of them asked Tina about how the meeting went and she told them that she thought it went pretty well but she was supposed to me up with the client again early next week to discuss things further. Everyone seemed to be happy that at least some progress was being made because they hated sitting in this limbo state of waiting. Afterwards Tina excused the two of them, saying that they were going to grab a quick lunch and then they had plans for the rest of the afternoon.

    Bette (as she was following Tina towards a table): “Baby, we could have joined them for lunch if you wanted to.”

    Tina (as they neared the table and right before they sat down she leaned over and gently kissed Bette on the lips): “I wanted to spend a quiet lunch with you.”

    Bette (who had been a little surprised when Tina had introduced her as her girlfriend but was more than a little stunned that Tina had just kissed her): “I can’t believe you just did that!”

    Tina (softly laughing): “Neither can Ibut I think I want to do it again.”


    With that, Tina leaned in and placed a lingering kiss on Bette’s lips before she pulled away and they sat down at the table to wait for a waiter. Their waiter came and brought them menus, took their drink order and told them he would be right back. Bette and Tina were talking about how they might want to spend the rest of the afternoon and didn’t notice when Todd walked into the restaurant.

    Todd had walked in and had seen the group from Alphaville first and then had caught sight of Bette and Tina sitting at a table across the room. He realized that this was the perfect time to get back at that ***** of a girlfriend of Tina’s and salivated at the thought of it. He made his way over to their table where he sat down without even asking.

    Bette (looking up to see Todd sitting down): “What the ***** do you think you’re doing?”

    Todd (smirking): “I just needed to talk to Tina for a moment. I just needed to make sure that she knew what kind of ***** she was involved with.”
