Making up is never easy! Chapter 23

“Sorry you cant go in there” An officer said

“My mum is Sergeant Kennard Porter and I was called to attend” Amy said showing him her ID badge, Jess did the same

    “Ok your clear”

They ran through the corridors, Tina and a few others were standing outside the class.

    “Mum” Amy said stopping

“Amy hey listen you shouldn’t be here”

“Like hell I shouldn’t the headmaster called us” Amy replied

    The headmaster walked over.

“Hello thanks for coming, someone told us Ben was close to you and another one of your staff, I thought you could attempt to talk him down.”

“Wow hold on a minute…I already have one child in that class room we are not adding another” Tina responded

“Mum shut up and behave yourself this is serious” Amy snapped

Tina was horrified. Her co-worker smirked.

“This is Jess he’s close to us both” Amy told the principle

“Ok we’ll go in” Jess said

Jess looked at Amy and took a deep breath before walking into the classroom with Amy and closing the door.

Amy signalled for the teacher to leave quickly.

    “Amy” Nathan said nervously

    Amy smiled at him nervously.

    “SHUT UP NATHAN!” Ben snapped

Ben looked like scared lost boy. He didn’t look like Ben at all.

“Guys everyone stay quite for me yeah” Amy said reassuring the rest of the kids.

“Ben talk to me sweetie, tell me what’s bothering you” Jess said looking at Ben

Ben was looking directly at Ryan, Josh and Matt who he had sitting in a corner.

Amy looked at Jess signalling her to keep talking to him.

“Hunni it’s only me and Amy all the teachers are gone” Jess stated “You trust us right”

Ben was still pointing the gun at the 3 boys in the corner

“You took my lunch money, you broke my glasses, and you punched me, kicked me and laughed at me” He said looking at the boys

Amy was getting all the kids out quietly and silently without Ben noticing. Ben turned and noticed and quickly pointed the gun at Amy.

    1. Sure that was a hell of drama. I hope the boy Ben shot, is fine otherwise that will make Ben situation more complicated. But I trust you to make him coming out clean hey. PPVS

    2. Wow, kinda heave subject but was written well. Poor Ben, he’s gonna catch hell at home and with all the authorities for defending himself. His parents should be punished for having the gun where he could find it as well. It is understandable why he did this after all those little hellions, beat him up, took his lunch money (extortion), kicked him, etc., one can not blame him for retaliating but not with a gun. I’m sure he felt he was at his rope’s end with no one to back him up or to help him. The school authorities should not come down so hard on him, after all, had they listened to Amy’s concerns when she told them what had been happening and talked to or punished those boys none of this would have happened. The parents of those little hellions should also be talked to very severely for not paying more atention to their boys that caused all this after all, bullies usually start at home as well as doing in their school mates., it doesn’t just happen at school. They also have those tendencies at home and other places as well. Hope they don’t put Ben in juvenile hall for this episode. Everyone was at fault in this matter, the parents, and the school authorities. Very well done. Thanks for posting.
