    Putting pieces back together

    “OH MY GOD!” Amy snapped sitting up

     

    She looked over at Jacqui and shook her.

    “Babe your stupid beeper thing keeps going off…don’t you think…erm well maybe you should get it!” Amy snapped

     

    Jacqui opened her eyes

     

    “I’m off today what the fuck?”

     

    Jacqui got out the bed forgetting she was completely naked…”It’s frozen in here”

     

    Jacqui looked at her beeper “Shit I need to go in…its Ashley paging me”

     

    “Great she pages you at 3am wakes me up, you go to work and I’m left here on my own to get back to sleep” Amy sighed lying down

     

    “You never have problems getting back to sleep” Jacqui smirked

     

    “Yeah but still I was happy cuddled up to my fiancé, it’s the first we’ve actually been close and she goes and ruins it” Amy snapped

     

    “I know baby and believe me I will be shouting at her…I love you” Jacqui smiled as she leaned down and kissed Amy softly “Last night meant so much to me and it was amazing”

     

    “Yeah yeah” Amy sighed

     

    “Don’t be making me feel guilty shout at Ashley for it” Jacqui laughed as she left the room

     

    “Oh don’t worry I intend too” Amy shouted

     

     

     

    Jacqui walked into the hospital and straight to the locker room to get changed.

     

     

    “Hey so glad you’re here” Ashley sighed

     

    “This better be important…This is my day off and I was happily sleeping with my fiancés arms wrapped around me” Jacqui snapped

    “Wait Amy let you close?” Ashley asked

     

    “Yes and you went a ruined it by waking us both up!” Jacqui snapped

     

    “I’m really sorry but we have a huge emergency coming in and I need all the hands I could get, I’ve even phoned Spencer to come in” Ashley said

     

    “How bad?”

     

    “I don’t know I just know it’s serious…Bus Crash! Over 20 people injured” Ashley said as they walked into the staff room.

     

    “OK GUYS LISTEN UP!” Ashley shouted “I NEED ALL HANDS ON GO…TRUAMA GOWNS ON…I WANT THIS DONE SMOOTHLY AND PROFESSIONALLY ANY KIDS COME IN REPORT TO JACQUI IS THAT CLEAR!”

     

    They all nodded and got to it.
