    Putting pieces back together

     

    “Yeah Jess is so happy she’s back…we all are…feels weird without her” Paul stated

     

    “Hey Jacqui how’s it going” Josh smiled walking in

     

    “Hey buddy long time no see, how’s the guitar playing?” Jacqui asked

     

    “Getting there” Josh smiled

     

    Josh had been coming to the centre since Jacqui started working their he was 16 and came out as gay with the help of Jacqui helping him through some bad times. He was close to Jacqui and Amy.

     

    “Amy’s back so you’ll be happy” Jacqui smiled

     

    “Really?” Josh smiled “Where is she?”

     

    “I don’t know, I was just about to go look for her” Jacqui smiled

     

    “Cool when you find her tell her to come talk to me if she isn’t to busy” Josh smiled “Better go tune this up”

     

    “Bye buddy…It was nice seeing you” Jacqui smiled

     

    “You too” Josh smiled hugging Jacqui

     

    “Right im going to go find her” Jacqui said to paul

     

    Amy was standing watching the boys basketball team.

     

    Jacqui sneaked up wrapping her arms around Amy from behind. Amy smiled leaving her head back. “Hey”

    “Hey baby” Jacqui smiled

     

    “Did you have a good sleep?” Amy asked turning to face Jacqui

     

    “Yep…but I missed you so thought I would come see you” Jacqui admitted

     

    “Your cute.” Amy smiled kissing Jacqui softly

    “How’s your first day back been?”

     

    “Yeah ok just thought I’d check out how Nathan is doing on the team…He doesn’t know I’m back” Amy explained “thought I would surprise him later”

     

    “He’ll be happy” Jacqui smiled

     

     “You hungry?” Amy asked

     

    “I am, I came to take you for something then I’ll bring you back” Jacqui smiled

     

    “I love you” Amy smiled

     

    “I know” Jacqui said kissing her softly “Let’s go”

     

    Jacqui took Amy’s hand in hers as they walked through the centre. The kids didn’t bother neither did anyone else they all knew who Jacqui was and didn’t have a problem with them. Amy refused to hide who she was for anyone.

     

    “Guy’s I’ll be back soon…going for food” Amy smiled

    “Ok take your time we have things under control anyway” Jess smiled
