David had slept better than he had in weeks. It was the sleep of the just. When something wasn’t considered right in his eyes, he was the one to enact justice. In the case of his parents, he showed mercy. They wouldn’t suffer. If anything, it would happen so quickly. If by chance divine intervention stepped in and saved them, he wouldn’t do anything further. It’s as close to compassion that he’d ever display, but this is only because they had taken care of them both all these years. David had kept the adoption papers. Maybe when his life settle down, he’d see about finding his real parents. But for now, his life was all about exacting revenge for his sister. Nothing was more important then that.
He laid in his motel room bed with his hands clasped behind his head, wondering what he was going to hear when he turned on the news. Maybe he’d just lay here a few more minutes and reflect on the good times, before the image was up in smoke.

Alice crawled out of bed, when she heard the alarm go off for the third time. She knew Dana was showering, but she was too tired to get up and join her. Now, she could no longer hear the water running. Alice went into the other bathroom to brush her teeth and get ready for her day. When Dana came out of the bathroom, she was donning a robe and brushing her hair. Seeing that Alice wasn’t still in bed, she goes into the living room and turns on the tv. Then she goes back into the bedroom to change.
Alice goes into the kitchen a few minutes later and pours herself a cup of coffee. She goes into the living room to organize the stack of papers that she left on the table the night before. She sits down, watches the weather, and then laughes at herself for even watching. The weather people were never right. It was the only job where you could be wrong and still be back the next day. After he was done with his predictions, there was a breaking story that sparked her interest… but she’d have to wait till after the commercials.

Totally original concept! Wonder where you came up with it! I’m just teasing. Not too bad. David is a sick fuck, but I already knew that. You do have me curious about Roxy sitting on that information or what may happen to that information in the mean time. As well as what may become of Dana … either by Tony’s doing or while she is in Chicago. At this point, it’s hard to imagine that anyone would believe without proof that David is dead. We’ll see about you posting every week. I’ll believe it when I see it.
Thanks for the update. I think there is genuine love between Dana and Alice, but I worry (as much as I can for fictional characters; lol) that their relationship will not be able to withstand all of the emotional turmoil they have experienced.
Bellissimo!!! Loved every word of this chapter. How could I not???!!!! It’s so captivating each time I get to read a new installment of yours. David’s still a pain in the ass…who kills off his own parents? Definitely a sick person! Lara’s dead? So no chance to read any incest, I guess, lol. Now I’m sad…RIP Lara! At least, I hope she’s really dead now and you’re not teasing us readers again, lol. Go Roxy, Go Roxy, Go! I think, I could be her cheerleader, lol. Have to work on my dance moves though, lol. I admire her stubbornness. She never gives up and fights for anything that’s important for her…or anyone she loves. Now I’m kind of undetermined whether Al should decide on being with Roxy or Dana. Both of them have their (dis-)advantages. Dana’s of course hotter. No question about it, lol. But she’s also a crazy chick…she and Lara have absolutely something in common, lol. Let’s see about this trip to Chicago. I know, Roxy’s still in the picture and I can’t foresee how Dana will react when she catches Alice and Roxy red-handed. But it’s a matter of time when this happens. Poor, poor Dana. Hope she finds out something about Roxy’s past. There’s still so much to learn about her. I guess, Dana’s not meant being mine. I’m sure there’s someone who’s more worthy than her and anyone else for that matter…maybe I already know her:-) Tony, Tony…I thought you were a heartbreaker. Not when it comes to Alice though it seems, lol. You dissapoint me, boy. Nice rejection by the way. Have to try it out with a slimy guy, lol. And now to the best part ever! I thought I get blind or don’t see right, lol. “Oh my fucking GOD!”, was all I could say and think of while reading the last part of this chapter. I think you melted my brain!! That was so damn HOT…even if it was kind of a rape. Wow…I think, I need to read it again. My favorite sex scene ever, darlin’! I knew you would blow me away…BRAVO!! STANDING OVATION from me! What a pleasant surprise!! I look in here to find an update on my favorite fic. First of all, David is a twisted little f*ck. Roxy is as disgusting as ever. Have I mentioned how much I loathe her? I’m pretty sure I have but it doesn’t hurt to say it again. I LOATHE ROXY!! Oh Danish, my poor sweet Danish. I love them to death and I loved the sex scene to death but it seemed like it bordered on rape just like at the cabin. Dana has some issues she needs to work through and Alice needs to stop waffling back and forth. Anyway it was great and I look forward to the next post as always. Long live Danish!!
Damn, talk about intensity! And I’m not just referring to the hot but somewhat unsettling sex scene. There’s so much tension in every part of this story that I really think there’s no way Alice or Dana can ever hope to have a normal life again. The flashbacks and issues that they’ve both got from everything that’s happened will take much more than a lifetime to work through, even if Dana does go back to therapy. Roxy’s twisted, but with a past like hers I can’t really hate her, although I’d like to for trying to steal Alice away from Dana. Have I mentioned yet that I’m a huge Danish fan? Lol. Anyway, the drama is incredibly intense here as it always is. Thanks for this one, and please don;t feel obligated to write on any sort of schedule. I’ve tried that one myself and it never seems to work as well as just letting it happen does. To end this overly long comment, you’re fantastic and I’ll read anything you write.
Another raw, emotional confrontation between Alice andDana. While I believe that Dana truly loves Alice,their relationship now brings out Dana’s darkside moreand more. I really wonder if they might do the moredamage to each other than David, Roxy, Tony and Laracombined.I think Shane is right Dana does not really trustAlice and that is huge problem for them. I canunderstand why Dana blames Roxy for Alice cheating onher; Dana loves Alice and wants to think the best ofher, it is hard to reconcile that someone you love somuch, could choose to hurt you so much, it so mucheasier to blame the third party. But as Roxy pointedout it was Alice that left Dana side to go to Roxy, itwas Alice that made the first move Roxy. UltimatelyDana will have to admit that she while she has beenworking on it she really doesn’t trust Alice. To befair I am not sure that Alice has given Dana muchreason to trust her, while Alice does shows Dana thatshe loves her, that didn’t stop Alice from fvckingRoxy last time. On the other hand with by withholdinginformation, Dana is not going to help any trustissues Alice has with her.It was very interesting to get some insight into whyAlice is drawn to Roxy, she likes the attention thatRoxy gives her, does this mean that Alice, thinks thatDana doesn’t give enough attention? Hé girl, I’ve been sloppy in leaving comments lately. Personal shit can kick ass! But…I never left your amazing story. It sucks but you’re right. Danish fics will never get rewarded but I just hope that that will never stop you from writing for us fans. Today’s chapter really was intense, Roxy is stil being the bitch that she is. And Alice and Dana can’t seem to get that honesty thing going. Maybe Alice should go with Dana on her trip and have some TLC to help them out. On the other hand that might be boring. The sex scene was a bit scary. Dana claiming her woman like that…anyway!Hope to see you posting more often I´ll be back to check that out. Love ya.
another crazy chapter my dear. as always i dug it. sometimes i really wanna shake alice and dana for all the stupid sh*t they pull with each other. alice needs to get rid of roxy. i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again. and that was a rather um…. racy ending. sorry this is such a short and blah comment. it’s been a long couple of days. : )
