Jodi, still speechless, shook Tina’s hand and signed to Bette, “What the hell is going on?”
Tina couldn’t understand, but with the emphatic way she moved her hands and the expression on her face, she knew it wasn’t good. Before she left, she walked into Angelica’s room and gave her a kiss goodbye.
“Pretty soon, your mothers are going to be together!”
She walked past Jodi and Bette and out of the house. Two can play that game, she thought to herself as she got into her car.
