Michelles smile was completely wiped away when she saw Tina expression, she knew that this wasnt the right time but she had to talk to Tina before she lost her nerve. She had to tell her how she felt about her. That every time shes around herits like shes in heaven. Michelle gave Tina the flowers.

Michelle: Uh, hi Tina, how are you?

Tina: Im finewhat are you doing here?

Michelle: Do you think I can talk to you for a second?

Tina: (trying to be as nice as possible) You know right now isnt the best time. Can I talk to you Monday at work?

Michelle: Please Tina; what I have to say will only take a minute.

Michelle shot Tina a million dollar smile that Tina couldnt resist.

Tina: Okay, come in.

Michelle walked in and saw everyone just starring at her, but she saw that only person wasnt, it was Bette. Bette couldnt dare look Michelle in face or she knew she would just go crazy. And she cant do that, thats what the old Bette would have done, the old Bette that put herself in this position. She knew that if she wanted Tina back, she would have to be supportive of all of Tinas decision and hold herself back. Tina couldnt take the silence any longer and started to introduce Michelle to everyone.

Tina: Michelle you know Alice, and this is Shane, Dana(she had to swallow the lump in her throat before she could say Bettes name)and thats Bette.

Shane: (whispering to Alice) Damn shes ***** hot.

Alice: (whispering back) I know, boy is Bette in trouble.

Michelle: Nice to meet you all.

Michelle gave Tina an uncomfortable smile. So Tina grabbed Michelles hand and led her to the bedroom. Bette was on the edge of a breakdown. She didnt know what to do, so she got up and joined the others at the table. Everyone just looked at her looking for some sort of reaction to what was going on. All they saw was her down about three shots of vodka and throw her head on the table.

Michelle closed the door behind them. She walked over and stood close to Tina. Tina made no attempt move away.

Michelle: Tina, I dont know how to say what I want to say. But I do know that every moment I spend with you I feel socomplete. When Im in your presence, I feel as if the whole world has just stopped for you and me. My heart skips a beat every time you touch me, like I can just melt under your touch. I cant stop thinking about you Tina. I dont want to stop thinking about you.

Tina didnt know what to say. She just stood there in awe of this woman. Bette could never verbalize something like that. Michelle slowly leaned in and pressed her lips against Tinas. Tina could feel Michelles right arm come around her waist and the other hand come around her neck. Tina felt a tingle go up and down her body. She went numb under Michelle touchyet she could tell you every inch of Michelles body that was touching hers. Michelle sucked on Tinas bottom lip and slowly parted Tinas lips with her tongue. With that, Tina lost it. She broke away, breathing heavily, and face flushed.

Tina: Im sorry Michelle, you have to go.

Tina reached across Michelle and opened the door. Michelle waved good-bye to everyone and walked out the front door. Bette turned her attention to Tina coming out of the bedroom. She knew by Tinas face that something had happened between them. Tinas face only got flushed like that for one reason.

Bette got up, walked over to Tina, and pulled her back into the bedroom.
