    Kit and Carmen went in and Shane followed. The music was turned all the way up, it was wicked. Shane hasn’t heard such nice beats in a long time. Carmen could feel the eyes of the girls follow them as they walked towards their VIP table. Shane didn’t mind the attention either. It was just a fun part of the job. Girls hit on her left and right. She was used to it already, but man some of them were fine. Really fine. Though not one could compare to Carmen. Shane left to go to the bar and she felt Carmen’s eyes on her. Shane’s lips curved into a devilish grin. She turned and stared straight into her miss’s eyes taunting her.

    Girl: Hey.

    Shane broke eye contact with Carmen and looked at the girl. The blonde standing in front of her had a great body, but Shane was disappointed. She would much rather be staring at Carmen. But an idea came to mind. A playful devilish idea.

    Shane: Hello.

    Shane chatted up the girl. Carmen sat with her leg crossed in her VIP booth frowning watching the girl get closer to Shane. So fake, she thought to herself. She sipped her long island ice tea she ordered and felt her world buzz. That was probably due to the couple of shots Kit had downed with her. Carmen rubbed her eyes trying to get a clear view. The girl was playing with Shane’s tie and was reeling Shane in for a kiss when Carmen stopped her. She stepped in between the girl and Shane and held onto Shane’s tie too.

    Carmen: Get off her.

    The girl looks at Carmen with disgust.

    Girl: Why? She’s not yours is she?

    Carmen: As a matter of fact she is. So get out of the way bitch, we’re leaving.

    The blonde raised her hand to slap Carmen, but Shane caught her arm. She gave the girl a bright smile. One win for Shane.

    Shane: I’m sorry for what she said. She’s drunk. I’ll buy you a drink sometime.

    The blonde smiled.

    Girl: I’ll be waiting Shane.

    Carmen rolled her eyes again and walked out swaying from side to side. Shane ran after her. Carmen got into her car. She couldn’t even get her keys in. She threw it at Shane when she saw her coming.

    4. ugh! i am soooooo dissapointed with this chapter! i can’t believe it! I am sooooo very dissapointed that i just cannot wait for more! so, in order to put an end to my dissapointment, i’d say another update would do just fine :P . . . thanks for the shout out! and thanks for taking an interest into my fic. i am totally hooked to this story! i love the way Carmen is written and also Shane. So super interesting! I love this fic… it’s on my top 10 favorite fics! can’t wait to read more! oh… one quick thing: I was super excited when i saw an update cuz i wasn’t expecting one ’til next week or something. sooo, yay for you… and me too! haha! and no need to rush back after the ball, wouldn’t want you to get hurt. we need you well and uninjured so we can get updates for sure! lol! great job again ‘smexysharmen’!
