Previously:

Shane entered The Planet. It was packed today. She scanned the cafe looking for the dark haired writer.  She saw Helena, Alice, and Tasha at their usual table but no one else was there.

    “Shane! Over here.” Alice called to her.

Shane just gave her a small wave, turned around and walked out.

    “Tina!  Tina!” Claudia, Tina’s assistant called as she rushed up to her out of breath. “Aaron wants to see you. He said for you to come to his office the second you come in”

Tina rolled her eyes as she opened the door to her office, walked to her desk, and placed her purse into the bottom drawer.

    “Did he mention what he wanted?” Tina inquired.

    “No, just that my only priority this morning was to deliver that message. So now that that is out of the way I can go back to work. I left your messages on your desk” Claudia said as she walked out.

    “Thank you” Tina said. ‘What the hell does he want?’ Tina thought to herself.

    
The door to Aaron’s office was closed. Tina knocked and the door opened quickly.  Aaron pointed to his ear so she would see that he was on a call but waved her in and motioned forcefully to a chair.

    “I don’t care what you do or how you do it! Just get it done and stop making excuses! I want a response by this afternoon!” Aaron yelled and then hit the button to end the call.

    “Fucking writers… they think there are no deadlines” Aaron said to himself and then placed his focus onto Tina.  “Tina, Tina. Is your day starting off as shitty as mine?” Aaron questioned.

    “I’ll have a better answer for you after this meeting.  Claudia said you wanted to see me.” Tina replied as her body tensed up waiting for what Aaron was about to say.

Aaron smiled. Although he knew Tina doubted him he did appreciate the hard work and passion that she put into her projects.

    “Look, I want to say that your concerns for the changing of the Lez Girls ending has been heard but…we are still going forward with the new ending” Aaron began.
