Chapter 20

Tina jumped up from the couch when she heard the keys in the door. She felt like she was 16 again. Her mom truly believed you would go blind if you touched yourself. Even though Tina didnt believe that she still got nervous. Being blind wasnt a risk Tina had wanted to take.

Alice: Hey Tee.

Tina: Hey. How was your evening? ( Tina winked suggestively at Alice).

Alice: Umm, I dont know. Dana said she loves me.

Tina: Thats great!

Alice: Then we fucked!

Tina: Wow, ok.

Alice: Then she said she wasnt sure what she was going to do about Tonya.

Tina: Ouch.

Alice: So all in all, it was

Tina: Not so great.

Alice: Right.

Tina knew she wasnt one to be giving relationship advice

Tina: Just give her some time.

Alice: Thats what Bette said.
Alice quickly covered her mouth. She hadnt meant to let Tina know she saw Bette tonight.

Tina: You were with Bette?

Alice: Yeah, well, kind of. I stopped by the house,

Tina: She came by here earlier. I didnt answer the door, so she sat out in the hall.

Tina hung her head realizing she should have let Bette in.
Alice noticed Tinas hard features turn soft at the thought of Bette.

Alice: How is that going by the way? Are you guys going to work it out?

Tina: I was thinking that I might tell her I want to try again.

Alice: That is awesome!!!

Alice ran to hug her friend. Tina stopped her.

Tina: Ya know Al, I was thinking about my first night with Bette before. And I just realized something.

Alice: That you are madly in love with her and the two of you are supposed to be together forever??

Tina: No actually. ( With this realization Tina sat back down on the couch) That *****!

Alice was so confused.

Alice: I though things were working out. Whats going on?

Tina: She swore our first night together that she would never hurt me. I didnt even think about that until now. Cheating is just as bad as physically hurting someone. Maybe even worse.
How could I even consider giving her another chance?

Alice: Tee, maybe you are jumping a little to fast here,

Tina got up and headed to Alices closet. She grabbed a pair of jeans and a wife beater. She slammed the bathroom door.

Alice: what the ***** are you doing?

Tina: Im going out!

She stepped out fully dressed at this point.

Alice: Where?

Tina: I dont know. Somewhere with lots of hot women! If Bette wanted to play this game she would play too.

Tina grabbed her purse and headed for the door.

Alice: Wait up, I have a few sorrows Id like to drown!

Tina: Lets go!
