    The one where they go for a walk in Central Park

    NEW YORK MINUTE

    CHAPTER 53

    　

    Bette was really not sure that this was a good idea but Angie was going crazy being stuck in the apartment and as it was a really beautiful spring day she had been begging to go for a walk in Central Park. Angie was nearly back to full health which meant that she did expect to be back at school fairly soon. So far they hadn’t spoken to her about what had happened when Tina had lost control and she didn’t seem willing to bring it up which was something that was worrying Bette  – wasn’t all of this mess brought about by keeping things bottled up. While Bette was fairly secure that Angie was able to cope with most things that happened because she was secure with her mothers and the apartment and the kitten and her whole life style – Bette was more concerned about Tina. The blonde was really struggling with what had happened  – it had obvious stirred up such a vipers nest in her head. Bette was worried and she was trying not to show Tina just how concerned she was. Maybe a walk would be good for all three of them

     

    “Come on Angie “

     

    “What about Sheba ?” Angie asked coming in carrying the kitten

     

    “Sheba is probably looking forward to getting on with some private exploring without you following her to see what she is doing. Watching her in her litter tray is not something that you would like is it ?”

     

     

     

    Angie giggled

     

    “I don’t use a litter tray silly mommy “

     

    “Would you like her watching you when you are having a pooh ?”

     

     

     

    “I wouldn’t mind “

     

    “Well you should – where is your jacket ?”

     

     

    “I don’t need a jacket “

     

     

    “it’s a nice day but its not that warm and you have been poorly – please go and get it”

    “Momma”

    “Are you arguing with me Angelica ? And please put the kitten down in case she scratches you “

     

     

     

    Angie gave Bette a “look “ but obeyed her mother. Bette watched as the kitten strolled across and flopped on a cushion beside the window- as the sun would be on that spot very soon it was a smart move

    4. Great chapter. Bette is cooking up something with Casey, hope it is something fun for Angie but I think it could be a little spy mission for Bette. Hope we can get another chapter very soon. Hopefully Bette will tell Tina about the Kennards living in such close proximity, relatively speaking. Thanks for posting.
