    Tina gets some work and they celebrate Valentine’s Day

     

     

    “Yeah there will be a contract – just to make sure what I write is credited to me and that I don’t leak the script to anyone else “

     

     

    “No idea what the script is about ?”

     

    “I will ring him later on – I don’t imagine that it’s a sci-fi thing or anything futuristic because I suck at that sort of thing”

     

    Bette smiled

     

    “Its good to see you looking forward to stuff – you seemed down the other day when I came home from work at lunchtime”

     

    Tina lent against Bette and held onto her “I have been worrying about not having a job. I just want to get into a routine and get so that we are a steady family. I am really pleased about this “

     

     

    Bette stroked Tina’s back “You know that I am delighted for you – you are really talented. I know that you can make a career here in New York “

     

     

    “My career means a lot to me but there is no question that my future is here – if I never go to LA again it would be too soon for me. “

     

     

    “You can say that again – we can make Saturday an extra special celebration”

     

     

    “It will be a good day – our leader has still not said what she wants to do and its Thursday – any ideas ?”

     

     

    “We could go out to see the Statue of Liberty – do you remember when I took you on that helicopter ride ? She was very excited about seeing the statue – its still cold so we could leave that until Easter. There are plenty of things that we haven’t done yet “

     

     

     

    “She loves the city “

     

     

    “And you ?”

     

     

    “What’s not to love about this city ? It is the greatest city in the world – I am very happy to be here – it suits all of us more than LA did “

     

    Bette nodded “I think that – we have more privacy “

     

     

    “That might be because we don’t know anyone here “Bette laughed “Its no bad thing when the alternative is always having Alice and Jenny sticking their noses into our business “

I knew things were going too well for them, I was just waiting for the drama. What in the hell has helena done now? Can hardly wait. Please don’t leave us waiting too long. Thanks for posting.

    13. I love the story, but I was looking forward to reading more of their time together as a family for Valentine’s Day. I think that Tina may have gotten a call that the job for the script rewrite may have been cancelled, thanks to Helena, or maybe Helena brought their old house or something happened to her family back home. That’s it for my guess work. Please post soon.
