Moments later she passed Angie her ice cream and walked away from the counter back to the table that Alice and Helena sat at.

“Could you hold this for a second, Helena?” Tina passed her ice cream to Helena as she propped her daughter onto the chair before seating herself beside her. She then took the ice cream back from Helena. “Thanks.”

“No problem, Angie what flavour did you get?” Helena asked smiling at Angie.

Angie placed the spoon in her mouth tasting the amazing chocolate ice cream before answering. “Chocolate, Auntie Helena!” She then showed her ice cream off.

“It looks so yummy!”

Angie nodded her head with excitement as she took another spoonful and placed it into her mouth.

“I miss the planet.” Alice said looking down at a coffee she had ordered.

“We all do.” Tina said.

“So, Tina how are you really doing after the drama fest with Kelly last night? I know we talked earlier but i really didn’t ask you and plus we couldn’t really talk where Bette was around.”

“Alice.” Helena said staring at Alice.

“What? I’m just asking a simple question.”

“A simple question, Alice? When is your questions ever simple?” Helena threw her head in her hands.

“Look, it’s ok. I know last night was probably the most intense table we have ever sat around because of Kelly and trust me i wanted to leap over Bette to slap it to her but I stopped myself, I just have to get use to the fact that Kelly is Bette’s business partner and it’s going to be that way for a very long time, they are in this gallery for the long run, i just have to accept it.”

“Doesn’t it pain you though? Don’t you just wish you could take Bette away to New York and find her a new job?”

“I’m not going to find her another job, Alice. Bette doesn’t want another job. Bette is very happy with the success of her gallery, even though it has its ups and downs of working with Kelly, I’m not going to go all jealousy crazy and tear her away from a job she loves.” 

“Alice, Tina has to believe in the love that they have for each other.” Helena stated.
