Bette gingerly sat on the edge of the bed and waited for Tina to be ready.
“I want to know what we’re doing.”
“Didn’t we already talk about this?” Tina asked curiously.
“No I mean… Tee… this is crazy,” She took Tina’s hands in her own as soon as the blond sat down and then looked into her eyes, “I have known you for less then a week and you’ve already turned my world upside down, then gave it a good shake.”
Tina sighed miserably and looked away, “I take it that it’s a bad thing, yes?”
Bette brushed her thumbs over the top of Tina’s knuckles and shook her head. “No Tee, you’re an amazing woman. Beautiful, smart, funny, everything. But I know nothing about you and the same goes for me, you know nothing about me.”
“I suppose you’re right Bette, but that’s why I want to date you, to get to know you better… but if you’re a bit worried about that, lets start now. Lets take turns in telling each other about ourselves, ok?”
Bette opened her mouth to argue but Tina put a finger to her lips, in an action to silence her.
“I’ll begin.”
Tina looked around the room as she contemplated what to tell Bette. There were so many things she could tell her, but she didn’t know how to start.
“My dad is called Melvin and my sister, who you’ve met, is Kit.”
She looked over at Bette and smiled, grateful for the fact that Bette had took the initiative to the whole situation.
“I have a dog called Smudge. He is a little black and grey terrier. My mum got me him just before I moved away with Eric, he’s my baby.”
Bette grinned widely, “Smudge is such an adorable name. How old is he?”
“He’s an old dog. My mum got him from one of those rescue homes.”
Their conversation withered out and they were soon engulfed in a silence that was unusually comfortable. Tina shuffled closer to Bette and allowed her body to rest against the brunettes.
“Your turn babe.”
“Before I met you, I used to be one of those women who would go to a club each night and pick up a random woman,” Bette admitted in a whisper.

This is kinda funny. They are kinda working backwards. Lets see Porter’s reaction if they ever go to a club and the other women are checking out Tina. And what, she never heard of the 2nd date rule. Oh, yeah they really haven’t even had the first one yet. Poor Bette she has no idea her nights of bringing home a different woman are over.
They shouldn’t have a second date. Why? Because the first will never end. Man I think that sounded corny. It sounded good in my head.

One or both need to get a job. I sure hope that Eric and the CAC go bust. Hopefully, once they are employed and settled then they really can move forward with their romance.
Well, I woud of thought bette might be a bit more upset/hostile when she realized what has happened. She’s a better Alpha than me, I’d have lost my mind, still had plenty of sex with her mind you but done lost my mind about the other stuff! PPS

Ok this need to be continued because there are so many unaswered questions…Does Tina have a job? Did they fall in love unconditionally? Did Bette find another job? Did Tina and Kit establish a relationship now that shes dating her sister?….so many things
