Bette laid on the couch with Tina lying on top of her. Both women were wearing Bette’s clothes, sweats and t-shirts. Angelica played with herself on the floor not too far away from her mothers. Tina rested her head against Bette’s collarbone, smelling the soap on her skin and the smell of her shampoo. Bette’s fingers ran her fingers through Tina’s fragrant hair. Tina placed her lips sweetly against the delicate skin of Bette’s neck, leaving wet marks where her lips had just been. The taste of Bette’s skin against her lips was enough to make her fall in love all over again. Bette loved the way Tina lips felt on her and it was evident, as her eyelids fluttered everytime she kissed her.
"I’m so happy to be in your arms again." Tina whispered.
"I’m happy to have you here." Bette squeezed Tina tighter, "Tomorrow, we should pack your things. I’ll take the day off and we can move you back in here."
"Are you sure you’re ready for that?"
"Yeah, why not? It’s not like we’re starting a relationship from scratch. We’re just picking up where we left off." Tina sat up to look into Bette’s eyes
"That scares me, because where we left off was a very very shitty place to be."
"I know, but it’s not like we didn’t have a relationship before this. It’s not like I don’t know what I’m getting into because I’ve already lived with you, I’ve already had a family with you, I’ve already been your wife. All the other things—the fights, the anger, the other people who interered—is water under the bridge. It happened and its over."
"I love you so much Bette. I don’t know how I survived without you."
"You’ll never have to wonder about that anymore, because I’m not going anywhere as long as you don’t."
"And I never will. Never again Bette." Bette leaned in to kiss Tina before the baby started talking as she wobbled over to them, holding a teddy bear.
"Momma, Mommy." She handed Bette the teddy bear.
"What is it sweetie?" Tina asked.
"Up!" She raised her arms. Tina shifted her weight, so that she was lying behind Bette and not on top of her. Bette leaned over and picked up her daughter and sat her on her stomach, "Yay!" Angelica said and clapped.

Hi there, took me time to catch up with you on this story… nice though… I can’t not think that if Tina had fought for Bette this way with Candace at the end of Season I… everybody wouldn’t be trying to make them back together after 3 seasons of “Hell”… ;-))I really like your stories very much… your writing is vivid, and not too much drama… it’s nice :-)) I’m not a Tibette of Helebette shipper… I just love happy people, especially when it comes to Bette…
Ok, I’ll leave a comment on this story cause your other story (Lately) is just to much for my Tibette heart. But this one is a serious 180, so sweet. I was hoping jodi would walk in after they had fallen asleep on the couch or something – a picture is worth a thousand words they say! anyway, great update, keep em coming!

Where’s this Tina on the show.I so wish she’s do something like this. Cos facts are Bette probably does love Jodi, but she is now and will always be in love with Tina. I don’t think Jodi will go away quietly but I’m sure Tina will make sure she goes away.

I like the acceptance from Bette that she did love Jodi.. Because, I think that Jodi sort of opened her up more, challenged her.. But it’s a different love to that which she holds for Tina. And I’m glad that Jodi happened so that they could both open their eyes to each other. Tina standing up for her woman was lovely.
