“How about day after tomorrow then I can do an in home talk with Jenny as well.”
Jenny was slouched in a chair in the hall picking at a loose thread she glanced up as Shane as she approached.
“Did you explain my whole life to her for me? Tim, Marina, Carmen, Mark? Is that what she got after I left the room?” she demanded angrily.
“No,” Shane replied calmly, “she said she wants to hear everything from you. She asked if I could style her hair again.”
“Have you fucked her!?” Jenny stood up suddenly, “is that how you know her? Is that how she “helped” you?”
“No, she’s straight first of all and secondly, I met her when I OD’d. I was brought here years ago when I was only 17. She talked to me in sessions and helped me through some ***** then and at a few other times.”
“Fine. Can we go home? I want to sleep.”
“Let’s go.” Shane put her arm around Jenny and the two of them took the elevator down to the parking garage in silence.
“Are you hungry?” Shane asked as she pulled the truck out onto the boulevard.
“No.”
“Well I am, I’m going to grab a burrito really quick.” Shane pulled up behind a taco truck and ran out.
Jenny rested her forehead against the cold window looking out at the world she was closed off from. The trees, the birds, the taco truck all seemed so far, far away. Tears started to slide down her cheeks as she hugged her knees to her chest and started sobbing. She heard Shane get in but even she seemed miles away, her voice coming through the pounds of cotton in her brain.
“Jenny! Jenny! Are you ok?!” Shane kept repeating over and over, shaking her.
“No! Nothing’s ok! Just take me home!” Jenny screamed, tears streaming down her face as she pushed her friends hand from her arm.
Shane pulled up at the house they rented, looking over at Jenny who was silently crying now. She helped her friend inside and to her room where she laid down, closed her eyes and went to sleep. Shane sat down to watch her and to eat.

Excellent start. Sadly I am not so sure we will get the chance in the show to see Jenny’s journey through her pain, but I think you have captured it perfectly. I could almost feel Jenny’s screams of anguish jumping off the screen at me. I look forward to seeing where you take this

Okay..back already. Now that gave me a REALLY eerie feeling.I cant even pinpoint it but Ima be in a train for the next hour so Ima think on why. Nonetheless..that was seriously intense and dark and deep stuff. Oh and i usually wouldnt have read somethin of Jenny but Im glad I did cos it was soo worth it. Ive never thought on what Jennys story could be…so am glad you brought it up in this typa way cos it was way good to read. Not easy but good. :-DOh and why the fuck did that sorta reminded me of me? *hmmm*”Life made no sense right now, everything known had changed and success didn’t always come when dreams were pursued. She had seized the day only to grasp at nothing and had been in a free fall since. The only thing that made any sense was causing her body to hurt as much as her mind felt it should. “–Fuckin awesome paragraph!Oh and its only morning here..now Im gonna feel all gloomy all day. *lol*See Croo, dont kick my ass.
