    That afternoon…Tina’s house…Bette and Tina bust Eric…DRAMA…PAIN…AND THEN A KISS…

    Bette: ” I know you did but I for some reason still feel otherwise…there’s nothing wrong with going with your first instinct”

    Eric: ” your right there isn’t…otherwise I wouldn’t be here with you”

    Bette smiles pretending to be flattered…

    Bette: ” so Eric…what are you looking for…from me?”

    Eric: “hmmm that depends on what you’re up to…You know what I’m not really hungry”

    Bette: ” neither am I…”

    Eric: ” well in that case lets continue this at my house…I have a cabin up north about 45 minutes from here”

    Bette: ” I don’t think that’s a good idea”

    Eric: ” why?…I think that it will be a nice way for us to get to know one another”

    Bette: ” I don’t kiss and sleep with men on the first date”

    Eric: ” who said anything about kissing and sleeping together…that comes later on down the line…But until then I wanna get to know you…what’s your strength and weaknesses”

    Bette stands…

    Bette: ” no thank you”

    Eric: “where are you going?”

    Bette: ” I thought this was what I wanted…but I changed my mind”

    Eric: ” you can’t…no stay…please stay with me”

    Bette: ” I really gotta go”

    Bette turns to leave and Eric grabs her arm…

    Eric: ” hey don’t turn your back on me”

    Bette: ” get your hands off me…who the ***** do you think you are”

    Eric: ” come on baby we were just getting started”

    Eric leans in to kiss Bette…She smells alcohol on his breath…

    Bette: ” your drunk”

    Eric: ” so like you never been…besides whatever happens tonight you’ll forget by tomorrow”

    Bette: “I don’t get down like that”

    Eric: ” well that’s for you to say and for me to find out”

    Eric leans in again…Bette pushes him hard flying him back into his chair

    Bette: ” your pathetic…stupid ***** *****

    She grabs her purse and turns to leave…Once outside Tina waves for her to come quickly…

    Tina: “go…go…go…”

    Bette speads off…

    Tina: “what happened to the cue”

    Bette: ” I’m sorry”

    Tina: ” it’s ok…I heard what I needed to hear”

    Bette: ” ok…so what’s next?”

    Tina: ” well you can drop me off home and I’ll call you and let you know what happened…The second part I will deal with on my own”
