Shane: Because we know you’d enjoy that Dane.

Dana turned to Shane and blushed and soon enough the three girls were staring at nothing at all.

Tina: Good job Shane, it’s 7:30 and you already accomplished to make Houdini disappear.

Tina got up and wondered over to the desk sat down. Shane was smirking and looking at Bette.

Bette: Say you’re sorry.

Shane just smiled even wider.

Shane: Dana I’m sorry I made you do your disappearing act. Forgive me?

Just as she finished her surfboard came flying out beneath her and she fell hard back onto her bed and sat surprised with a gob smacked look. Dana re-appeared holding her surfboard with a devilish look on her face.

Dana: Apology accepted.

Bette laughed out loud and shook her head before walking up beside Dana and putting an arm around her shoulders.

Bette: Good job.

The door to the bathroom opened and Alice shot out.

Alice: K, I’m done.

Shane: Finally, damn you took a long time.

Shane got out of bed and went into the bathroom. It didn’t take long for them to get ready and soon they were heading down the hallway to the principles office. On the way they met Mirror and her crew.

Bette: Good morning.

She shook Mirror’s hand who smiled.

Mirror: Morning Thunder. How are you?

Bette nodded.

Bette: Very good, yourself?

Mirror shrugged.

Mirror: I’m nervous.

Bette smiled and placed a hand on Mirror’s shoulder.

Bette: Don’t worry, we’ll be fine.

Mirror looked back at her equally nervous crew.

Mirror: Allow me to introduce you to my team, this is Brainfreeze.

A young man walked up and shook Bette’s hand. He looked like an ice cube with a very animated face.

Bette: Very nice to meet you.

No one noticed that Alice had disappeared while Mirror was introducing her team.

Brainfreeze: Back atcha cap’n.

Mirror: This is Checkmate. My brother.

Checkmate walked forward and he was a tall and handsome young man.

Bette: Pleasure to meet you Checkmate.

He bowed and kissed Bette’s cheek.
