”So,” Alice pipes up, smiling, ”That means you’re moving in here?”

”No, but I think for the week it’ll be better for all of us.”

“Okay sounds like a plan is there anything else behind this though?”

”Naw, it’s just the privacy thing besides, if their talking about moving here they need to get used to being here and being here is getting around.”

“Let’s get back to the privacy thing.”

Tasha tries to put it delicately, ”Well Chris is watching me closely, which is fine, but I think I want her to set up her own identity. I wonder if this being gay with her is just to follow in my footsteps and not truly who she is.”

“Well, how can you question her did you get questioned when you were realizing who you were?”

”No, I had to go it alone on that front.”

“But you had your mom.”

“Yeah, once I got involved with Simone that’s when I came out to my mom, but before that I struggled with my feelings, alone.”

”So consider Chris lucky that she has you to help her work through this it’s not easy, nothing ever is if you can be there for her as she deals with stuff that’s what a big sister is for.”

“Your right I do need to be with her through this.”

“Yeah, you do and just think how wonderful she’ll turn out, because of it what you’ve been through has helped shape you and when we’ve been through something and we can help others with our experience, we’ve got to do that.”

While on their way to get something to eat Tasha wanted to make a quick stop to the Planet. Alice stayed in the car listening to Marvin Gaye, on cd. Papi was already there, talking to Kit at the bar.

Yeah man we’re going to turn that club out, “Kit said while getting excited.

“So did you let Alice know?”

”No, not yet, we’re on our way to get something to eat, I will tell her then, “Tasha saying this on her way out. As Tasha approach the car, she could hear Alice singing.
