Tina glanced from little Christopher James to Bette’s brown orbs, which was shiny with tears. “Come here.” She ordered.
Bette stepped in closer to Tina’s head. “What baby, what can I do for you?”
“Tell me something good.”
Bette cried smiled. “I love you,” she whispered. “You, Angelica and now this little guy here are my life. There is no one who I love more than you. And knowing that I have you by my side makes it all the better.”
“I love you Bette. From the first moment I met you, I knew that I would love you. You, Angelica and Christopher are my life and you make me so happy and if we should ever decided to add another to our brood, I’ll gladly do it again… or maybe you can do it.”
The nurse took the newborn from Tina’s arms and placed him in his bassinet as Tina and Bette looked on. Bette kissed Tina’s mouth and rested her forehead on the blonde’s. “Let me tell them the gang the news really quickly and I’ll meet you in recovery.”
“Sounds good,” Tina nodded.

Bette placed another kiss on Tina’s mouth and quickly left Tina’s room. Bette found her daughter, Kit and friends in the waiting room. She watched as Alice anxiously paced back and forth and rubbed swollen belly. Tina and Alice had compared morning sickness remedies when they found out they were only two months apart.
“Come here, Boo.” Bette squatted and opened her arms for her daughter to run to. “Have you been a good girl?”
Angie nodded her head vigorously. “Yes, Mama…did Mommy have the baby?”
Bette smiled at her daughter, her sister and her friends. “Yes, Boo. You have a new baby brother. His name is Christopher James…Christopher for Mommy and James…well, for James.” Bette stood carrying her daughter with her. She smiled at her sister and friends. “It’s a boy and he’s just beautiful. Looks just like T.” Bette’s eyes started to fill with tears. “She was so amazing…so strong and beautiful.” She adjusted Angie on her hip. “The baby…Christopher James…is getting examined and cleaned up. He should be in the nursery in about 15 to 20 minutes and Tina is being moved to recovery.”
Kit, Alice, Dana and Shane, each getting emotional in their own way, gathered around Bette and Angie and offered their congratulations and warm wishes and together they walked to recovery to offer their congratulations to the other mother and to meet the new member of their family.

Sweet chapter. That was a wonderful chapter of second chances and renewed love relationships. Someone else said in another story that just about every kind of profession has been written about the girls and their love affair and all the things they have gone through. Well, maybe not everything and it doesn’t matter any way because everyonen’s perspective is different and that is what gives us all a thrill when we get a new story or even a sequel to one. Health scares are just too much sometimes and it brings us up short and makes us live our lives with a new perspective as well. Take care of yourself and your family and come back to us when you can. After a long break-no computer and life in general I just read chapters 26-The Finale and it was just so amazing and beautiful. I loved coming back to the chapter with the loving going on and then to the rehearsal dinner party and Alice’s speech along with B&T talking about the first time they met. I then loved the spin on them thinking they had to spend the night apart and them they all met for ice cream. The wedding was just the best and for a minute there I fought Bette was having the baby and the name for the baby was just great. Loved this story, thank you

Finally reached the end, well what can I say again another fantastic story, I really wish we were able to read about Alice delivery but just knowing Tina had another baby and of all a boy something they always wanted…smh thank you Angelica you was a miracle then when born and now for bringing Tibette back together again after 5 years..Teegirl you are brilliant absolutely brilliant!
