Chapter 9

                  Justin Timberlake – What goes around comes around

My mother told me it would be over, it would go away. Well guess what? She lied. Like she always lied. But what goes around comes all the way back around, right? But on the other hand it doesn ´t. It´s always the person´s who hurt other person´s which get away with what they did. Why is this like that? I loved her, still love her, and she hurts me like that. My only question is why? Why can people always do things like that over and over again? Why? I don´t understand. She told me she was caught up in this onemoment and couldn´t do anything against it. But there is always this one small second when you can choose to do it or not. It´s there, even if you don´t realize it´s there. You can always say no. She didn´t. I should have seen it coming, why didn´t I?

Los Angeles 2005

Lara had her day off but visited THE PLANET anyways. She wanted to meet a certain female. Who was there almost everyday. And she was having he rlucky day she was there. But she wasn´t alone. She was with her best friend, now girlfriend. And her ex at the same time. Lara sighed. „Bad luck. Why must she be with Dana? Did I loose my chance?“ She greeted Dana politely, by accident. She wanted to say Hi to Alice and greeted Dana first. Because, why should she greet her anyways? „Lara? What are you doing here?“ Dana asked. Lara started to tell her why she was here. In a different version of course. And that´s how it did go. Certainly not the way Lara wanted it to go, but it was something. Not only an imagination.

Lara´s appartment 2008

Lara did sit on hercouch staring into the air. Feeling betrayed and ashamed. She did sat there or a long time. She didn´t know if it was minutes, hours or days. She only knew she was still in front of her door. Lara took a notebook and a pen and started to write a letter. After she finished she took a shower and took the letter opened the door. Alice was still laying there. The redhead put the letter into the sleeping womans hand and left silently without waking Alice up.
