Tina woke up early afternoon at her father’s house hearing a familiar jingle faintly playing from her purse that she had haphazardly thrown onto the Lazy Boy next to the couch. She stretched one arm then the other trying to wake up when she suddenly darted for her purse remembering instantly where she was and that the doctor was supposed to call her. She grabbed for her phone quickly flipping it open and answering without looking at the number.
“Hello?”
“Tina? Good Morning baby. How are you?”
“Eric! Don’t baby me you *****. I tried calling you earlier to come pick me up and your phone was off.”
“I didn’t do it on purpose, it was an accident. I crashed as soon as I got to Mom’s house and I must have accidentally shut my phone off. I’m really sorry, please don’t be mad at me.”
Tina rolls her eyes at Eric’s feeble attempt to soften her up “Whatever Eric, listen I need to go back to the hospital and check on Dad. Do you think you could come and pick me up or do I need to call a cab again.”
“I SAID I WAS SORRY, you know I wouldn’t intentionally turn my phone off knowing that you were stranded. Where are you anyway, I thought you were at the hospital.”
“I left early this morning after the doctor gave Larry something to help him sleep. I needed to rest a little myself so after I called you and didn’t get an answer I decided to call a cab and go to his house. Dr. Lanerd promised to call me as soon as Dad wakes up. I thought this was him calling.”
“Well sorry to disappoint you. What do you want me to do Tina?”
“I want you to…oh nevermindI need a ride to the hospital. Could you do that for me?”
“Of course I can, but Tina, when are we going to talk?”
“That’s really the last thing on my mind at this moment Eric. My father is very ill and may be dying, our problems are not exactly high on my scale of importance right now. Could you just come and get me please?”

son’t be silly of course you should keep going! If (on the show) Tina leaves Bette for a man I am going to stop watching! they need to be happy. That promo had me very upset. I will live off of fanfic if Bette and Tina break up. A man! come on!

OF COURSE, continue this story. It is great and may I ask a favor, please get rid of Eric and make Tina’s mother back off. The bible thumpers really bother me in these stories. Hope I never have to face any, I just might lose my cool and tell them off. Thanks for the post.
