She spots a English section. Which has a lot of magazines from home. And they’re new too.
She spots one about Java; Developers journal. She also pick up a issue of O magazine and InStyle Magazine. She walks over to the counter and arrives just as Bette has paid.
“I’m just gonna buy these. Can you hold it for me?” Tina asks.
“Sure.” Bette says and starts eating hers. A couple of minutes later Tina takes her ice cream.
“Mmm, this was good.” Tina says.
“It is, it’s the best ice cream in town.” Bette says and smiles. “So what did you get?” Bette asks. Tina smiles.
“Something to read. A new issue of Java; Developer’s Journal, the O magazine and InStyle.” Tina says.
“Okay. I’m not a magazine person. I buy some times, but, I usually do my reading on the internet. And back home I read the news paper. They sell international new paper on the train station… It’s easier online.” Bette says.
“Yeah.” Tina says and continues to eat her ice cream.
They reach the bus stop in front of the train station.
“Maybe I should go home, it’s pretty late.” Tina says.
“Yeah, it is. I wish the night wasn’t over.” Bette says.
“Me neither. It has been one of the best evenings and nights of my life.” Tina says.
“Mine too, definitely.” Bette says. Tina’s bus arrives. And she turns towards Bette.
“I’ll see you on Monday?” Tina asks.
“Yeah, unless you’re not doing anything tomorrow?” Bette asks.
“No, I’m not. I could come over. I have to bring some schoolwork though. I have a paper do on Wednesday.” Tina says.
“Great. Bring it. We’ll have a study group… sort of.” Bette says and smiles.
“Okay. I’ll call you in the morning.” Tina says.
“Okay. Have a good night.” Bette says.
“Thank you, you too, and be careful on your way home.” Tina says.
“I’ll take the bus too, don’t worry. Send a text message when you get home, so I’ll know you’re safe.” Bette says.
“I will.” Tina says and leans in for a quick kiss. “Bye.” She says and jumps on the bus. Bette waves her off. Bette’s bus arrives a few minutes later and she gets on it and head home.
Both looking forward to the next day. ‘I have to get up early and go to the market.’ Bette thinks.

I love how these two are taking their time even though they are already wanting to move onto the next stage. I bet Dana had a cow when she realized that Bette’s date was Tina. Post soon.
Awwww so sweet, I’m glad Bette asked Tina about running from the first kiss. Study group….hmmmm I wonder how much work Tina will complete with Bette around??? I hope Bette will distract Tina big time LOL….post soon please :o))

I just read all ten chapters. I’m looking forward to the next chapter. Somehow I don’t think Bette will be able to make it 5 dates. OK I have to ask pancakes and beer? That is one heck of a combo.
