“You called Sam didn’t you?”  Jayden asked and Angel nodded, she was intuitive this gorgeous imp.  She knew that it was time to see Lara time to face her love and see if it stood up to this test.

            “You’re not going to heal until you confront what is cutting you so deeply.  They’ll be here by nightfall, and the whole cast will be complete.  Then it will be your stage, and your words.”  Angel stood and walked back to the looming house, and Jayden pouted for a long moment.

            “Lara, what am I going to say to you?”  Jayden said to the sun; and it didn’t answer, instead it continued on its way to bed.  Setting on the world and the moon taking its place.

Earlier That Day

            Lara was working on a new dish; and for some reason, it just wasn’t coming out the way she wanted it too.  Too much salt, to much sugar, to much of something, or was it to little of something.  To little love, that’s what was missing.  

            She closed her eyes it was Friday and it had been three days and still no word from Jayden.  She rested her head on the counter between her crossed arms, holding back the tears that kept washing over her at odd times.  She licked her lips and watched as Kit nodded at the phone and glanced over at Lara with a smile.

            Oh, oh, what is going on?  Thought Lara and Kit smiled, motioning behind Lara who spun around and came face to face with Marina.  Marina‘s face was drawn, but she looked gorgeous nonetheless.

            “The Amazon is back!”  Lara dropped the spoon and she hugged Marina hard; kissing her warm cheek.  “When did you get back?”  Lara asked as Kit came into the kitchen and hugged the tall woman; and Marina tried not to cry.  She’d been petrified that they’d rebuff her arrival.

            “I just arrived I was delayed twice.  Took me virtually three days to get here, I went to the house has anyone seen Jenny?”  Both Kit and Lara looked at her innocently and then pointed to Jenny, who was flirting with a blonde in the back of the Planet.
