The Gathering 01.94 – Like Me Now?  – Return of the Queens – Introductions of the King

            Prologue

            Welcome back to the world of the Jaded Rogue couples. 

            Sam and Shane are still together Sam has gone back to Cedars to work in the ER and is wrapping up her stint at the Trauma center.  Shane is working on the TV show Earthlings as a ‘***** Consultant’.  Which basically meant she got to read the scripts and help bring a touch of LA reality to it.  They are as devoted to each other as they’ve ever been, if not more.

            Alice and Dana are living together, having gotten over the ‘how do we put the toilet paper’ on the dispenser with only a minor fight.  They’ve settled into a routine, with Dana about to head off to Australia for the tournament there.  Alice is still writing for LA Magazine, but she does free lance for Rolling Stone, and their new ‘***** Theme’ section of the magazine.  Dana and Alice are also getting used to the publicity of Dana being a new ‘***** Icon’.  Private moments are sometimes hard to come by.

            Marine and Jenny worked things out.  Marina’s father visited, much to her chagrin but much to Jenny’s pleasure, and she helped heal the large gapping rift between daughter and father.

            Marty and Kit have been living the ‘happily ever after’ in their relationship, as Marty started his own practice and Kit doing double duty at the Planet and Atmosphere as the DJ.  They’d been talking marriage, but keep putting it off, Kit afraid of being committed and Marty afraid that the stress of a wedding might push is lady love over the edge, as it once did with Ivan.

            Tina and Bette have also been doing well, Tina has been making great headway in VanGuard and she landed her very own account.  Brown Women’s Athletics.  Bette is working for Peggy Peabody; and she is keeping to her promise, she’d home every night, and even cooks dinner on occasion.  They’ve been very careful to not let the passion bleed from their relationship.

            Lara and Jayden have gotten passed their rough sailing and are in the process of buying a house.  Jayden working at the rehab center; and thinking of going back to school for Physical Therapist.  Lara is always busy, with the Planet and coming up with something scrumptious for everyone to eat.
