    But you love her Tina, and what about the baby? She doesnt even know your pregnant.
    Trish replied quietly.

    Tina looked at Trish with a steely determination.

    Trish she doesnt love me. I felt it long before before her infidelity, I even told her as much, and as for the baby? Well like you said, she doesnt know, and what she doesnt know cant hurt her. Can it.

    Trish shook her head, and walked over to the couch.
    I hope you dont live to regret this Tina.
    She said as she flicked on the TV.

    And what is that suppose to mean Trish?
    Tina replied angrily, as she sat down on the couch glaring at Trish.

    I just dont think its right you keeping the baby a secret from Bette, thats all Tina.
    Trish answered, tentatively.

    Tina paused for a moment.
    So you think Im doing the wrong thing keeping my baby secret from Bette, Trish? Dont you think it was wrong for her to be ***** the carpenter, while I was carrying her baby?
    Tina fumed.

    Yes, yes I do T but Trish hesitated. You said yourself Tina, that you both forgot to work on your relationship, and you both drifted off in to your own worlds. You threw yourself in to your community work, after you lost your son, and you said Bette was on the verge of a breakdown. Maybe she did it as a way to escape from her real life, I dont know T, but one indiscretion in nearly eight years, is it really that bad, that you have to throw everything away? Im not saying it was right for Bette to do what she did, because it wasnt. It should never have happened, its inexcusable. But from what youve told me, shes begged and pleaded for you to go back to her. If, you cant find it in your heart, to try and make it work for you and her, I think she at least has the right to be in the babies life.

    Tina sat staring at Trish, shaking her head.
    Wow that was quite a speech. She smiled. When did my little sister become so profound?

    Trish smiled back at Tina, a genuine look of sisterly love emblazoned in her eyes.
    I love you T, youre my sister, and I dont think Im so little anymore. Im almost thirty years old. She laughed.
