The Infidelity. Chapter1. Fallen.
Fallen.
The cars air conditioning whirred, it was set at blue, the maximum setting. Today was hot and sticky a classic August day here In LA, but the sun was now in the throes of death and the sky was changing into a purple and orange colour, so unlike the clear blue of earlier. I turned into the small road that led up to the secluded cove and pulled the car up to a stop. It had been a quiet drive, hardly a word spoken, on this night, our yearly anniversary drive to the beach.
I cant believe we still do this after all this time. I said.
Youre the one who started this.
Yeah I guess I did.
Anyway its romantic. She insisted. A smile forming on her lips a smile that always sent a pow right to my heart.
Its really dorky.
I love romance.
You just like me being dorky.
Yeah maybe but you get laid whenever we do this. She replied with a glint in her hazel eyes as she wiggled her eyebrows.
I suppose I do, I chuckled just call me Ms. romance. I said flirtatiously.
She laughed and reached for my hand.
Well Ms. Romance, come on its starting to get dark.
By the time we finally reached the secluded cove nightfall had already fallen and the moon was the only light coming from the sky.
I hurriedly stripped off my clothes and turned to face her, I felt my heart catch in my throat as I looked at her in the moonlight. She ran down towards the water and dove in, hardly making a ripple against the still water. I followed her, slowly making a path towards her. She turned around into my arms. Her skin was warm and wet against my body. Her skin, I loved her skin I loved everything about her. We held on to each other closely, breast against breast. I could feel her heart beating against mine and I could hear her breathing. My hands started to wander down the delicious curve of her back, and then we kissed.
When we had finished when everything felt so right, I made my way over to the blanket and collapsed on to it.
After a few minutes I sat up. I could hear her getting out of the water. I watched her bend at the waist to wring the water out of her hair, and then she arched her back and seductively threw her head back.
I let out a small gasp, god she was, quite simply breathtaking
A sudden bang coming from outside, spitefully brought her back to reality.
She rolled over onto her side, and reached for the pillow above her head and held it close, taking in the smell. The distinctive smell of Tina. Tears were falling from her eyes and the familiar knot ever present in the pit of her stomach grew even tighter. She pulled the pillow into her body wishing it were her that she was holding in her arms.
Im sorry, Im so sorry Tina, oh god what have I done, what the ***** have I done. Her voice screamed.
She gave in to the emotions racing through her entire being and she cried. She cried for being so incredibly stupid and irresponsible and she cried for losing the only one true thing that completed her, she cried for everything she had lost. She cried for Tina.
Heaven bend to take my hand
And lead me through the fire
Be the long awaited answer
To a long and painful fight
Truth be told I tried my best
But somewhere along the way
I got caught up in all there was to offer
But the cost was so much more than I could bear
Though Ive tried Ive fallen
I have sunk so low
I messed up
Better I should know
So dont come round here and
Tell me I told you so
We all begin with good intent
When love is raw and young
We believe that we could change ourselves
The past can be undone
But we carry on our back the burdens time always reveals
In the lonely light of morning
In the wound that would not heal
Its the bitter taste of losing everything
Ive held so dear
Heaven bend to take my hand
Ive nowhere left to turn
Im lost to these I thought were friends
To everyone I know
Oh they turn their heads embarrassed
Pretend that they dont see
That its one misstep one slip before you know it
And there doesnt seem a way to be redeemed.

Wow. What a twist. I like;) Hope that this is not a stand alone. (Please!)
Mushy isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Nicely done.
