I ease away and look at her – softly I kiss her. She tastes terrific and I want her but as the kiss deepens I think again about the 1/17th of a inch life slowly forming inside her and I can’t – I just can’t . How easy could something that tiny be harmed ?

I’m glad to see the jackass is relaxing her sphincter. While blowing smoke rings out of doors is an impressive feat, Shane’s reading has been a little too narrow. Going outside to smoke and popping a mint after isn’t good enough. Studies have shown that even when parents do this religiously, there is still a negative impact on the offspring (low birth weight, lung problems, etc.). Nicotine can be absorbed through the skin and adversely affects MANY systems. Bette and Shane need to quite smoking all together. Besides, with all the hyper-hormone sex before birth and then the new babies, who’s going to have time to smoke?
Bette needs to get a grip and lighten up! She can’t afford to be a jackass right now, especially during this difficult time! Please continue ASAP!
Talking to Shane is just what the doctor ordered. When they get back to the Residence, Tina should let Bette know that she smelt smoke on her and ask her about smoking. Bette is stressing out way too early. She will have plenty of time to stress out later.
