The Language Of Love Ch 5: Long Lost Love
"Pretentious" Helena added and Tina scoffed as she were herself, offended by Helena’s observation.
"I don’t think its pretentious…" Helena rolled her eyes, personally she thought Kate was a rude, obnoxious bitch but that bitch was going to make her studio lots of money. If she had to put up with her attitude in order for her company to flourish, she would have to suck it up.
"You don’t have a thing for…" The thought just automatically popped up in Helena’s mind.
"No…" Tina felt offended for sure this time,"no of course not Helena".
"Well it’s just that…" Helena stopped because of the loud bump they heard on the porch, they both looked at each other unsure of whether to check out the racket.
"Wow you had corn today…" Alice replied as she held Bette’s hair while she hurled, Kevyn turned away from the mess and besides it smelled awful.
"Aw damn…" Kevyn whined as she looked down and saw that Bette had just threw up all over her shoes. Alice laughed as she watched Kevyn shake her foot in an attempt to get the chunky mess off of her attire. "Dean Porter these are Gucci…Gucci for Christ’s Sake".
"Okay I think I got her" Alice moved forward to push the doorbell, she leaned Bette up against the door so she could reach the button. Before she knew the door was open and Bette was lying on the floor faced down.
"Oh my god Bette" Tina kneeled down beside the lump that was resting in the floor.
"I’m sorry Tee…I" Bette let out a loud burp as Tina held her precious head in her lap.
"You’re drunk" Tina questioned as she moved and Bette’s head fell on the floor again. She let out an inaudible grunt that sounded something like ‘ouch’. "Alice wha…". Tina turned to Alice for answers.
"Yeah…she’s good and drunk" Alice laughed but Tina gave her a stern look, "look do you need any help getting her to the bedroom".
"No that’s okay Al…thanks for getting her home" Tina glanced down at her drunken woman.
"Alright I guess I’ll see you tommorow" Alice replied.
"Well the hell could she have gotten to" Kit glanced back and forth, trying to spot Bette somewhere in the crowd. "I gonna go look for her…see if she’s okay" she replied to Shane and Carmen.

A bow, huh? Is it cool if I fall over in the middle of it? I’m not good with balance. Anyway, the corn comment almost made me hurl along with Bette…not that it’s a bad thing, I’ve just got the flu and feel icky. But don’t mind my rambling, the story is good!
Nice twist having Papi be the one to run out on Carmen. I must admit the last sentence bothers me…it means Carmen still has feelings for Papi. Bette throwing up on Kevyn’s shoes was very funny. PPS!
Papi and Carmen? Oh no…please don’t do this. They don’t fit together.
