    Tina was still panting, her head resting against Bettes chest. I love you. That. was incredible.

    I thought you were too tired to make love., said Bette.

    My body.didnt understand that. It needed you., said Tina, between breaths.

    I need you too. Ill always need you, Tina.

    Always, Bette?

    Always. Lets try and get some sleep, T. We have an early start tomorrow., said Bette, exhaustion already closing her heavy lids.

    Okaysleep. Lets try sleep. Sweet dreams, baby.

    Sweet dreams., Bette whispered.

    A cool burst of air-conditioning enveloped Bette and Tina as they walked into the lobby of the Gran Melia Cancun hotel, Bettes short-heeled sandals clicking against the smooth marble floor as the pair made their way over to the front desk. The statuesque bronzed-beauty stood talking with the neatly groomed male attendant while Tinas soft brown eyes roamed the foyer, taking in the subtle elegance of its pastel walls, large glass chandelier, gently flowing fountain, and soft elevator music. The sun-kissed blondes ears perked up at the sound of Bettes next words.

    I know the reservation is for two double-beds, but can we switch that to a king-sized bed instead?, she asked, flashing a brilliant smile.

    The attendants dark eyes quickly traveled from Bette to Tina and back again before smiling shyly and replying, Why yes, of course. Just a moment, please.

    Tina smiled into her lovers dark brown orbs and subtly reached for her hand. Bette gave a gentle squeeze before giving her girlfriend a sly smile and a sultry wink, as the man before them typed away at his computer, inconspicuously stealing glances of the caramel beauty and the blonde bombshell as his fingers danced across the keys.

    King-sized bed, huh?, Tina whispered.

    We have some king-sized business to take care of., Bette whispered in return.

    Tina raised an eyebrow as she licked her lips. Is that so?

    Bette fought the urge to pull her girlfriend close to her and plant a scorching kiss on her soft, pink lips. Yeah, ***** is so., she replied.

    They heard a polite cough and simultaneously turned their attention back to their helpful desk attendant and voyeur, Luis. He smiled at both women as he debriefed them on their accommodations, room number, and directions to the 5th floor. His dark eyes studied the striking pair as they made their way to the elevator, their hands clasped as they walked, dragging their rolling uprights behind them.

    23. I get this strange feeling whenever I read your words. It’s like my stomach does flick flacks and my head disappears into some pink cloud. Some days I deliberately stay away from the site, just to spare myself the disappointment of not finding a posting from you, just so I can be all the more exited when I log on another day and find another chapter. I’m a fool and I’m rambling. Now you have a small clue of your impact on a humnble reader.
