God I could get used to this Tina thought to herself as she watched that costume made Porter smile.

Once in the DA’s offices Tina went immediately inside her office, since Alice and Helena were impatiently waiting for her there.

“Morning Bette” Shane greeted her friend and coworker in her usual cool way.

“Morning” Dana followed the short haired brunette in her greeting.

“Good morning to you both” Bette greeted back maybe too cheerfully as she enjoyed the view that was Tina Kennard in a skirt suit, as she was walking towards her place of work.

“Boy aren’t we happy this morning… What are you on Bette?” Dana was the first one to pick on her friend’s strange morning happiness, something they only got to see, well never actually.

“I just had a proper breakfast” Bette replied taking her happiness down a notch.

“I would normally ask you to elaborate but… I don’t think I will this time” Dana said raising both her eyebrows.

“There’s nothing to elaborate Dane, I just had a good breakfast that’s all” Bette said now in full Porter mode.

“Whatever” The athletic brunette replied.

“We have a lot to do, last night I got all the final reports I was asking for… it looks like not only we were right, but we’ll have to deal with some serious stuff” Bette started explaining to the rest of the team as she sat down at the desk and removed her laptop from her bag.

“I would like cookies with that milk shake please” Alice said pointing at the blonde as she saw her swaying her hips towards her own office. Tina went through the door and Helena just laughed at her friend’s remark.

“What” Tina said more than asked as she was removing her jacket.

“We should be asking you that question blondie” Alice, as usual, was quicker to reply.

“I just got in Al… give me 5 minutes to adjust before you start with whatever it is you’re gonna start?” Tina said still not able to erase that goofy expression from her face, even though she knew she was going to get the third degree from Alice.

“Funny TK, I don’t think I will so start talking… now” Alice almost demanded.
