Unexpected: Part 7
Papi closed her laptop and looked at Tina. “You told her to go after me?” Tina asked Papi looking directly into her eyes. “Yeah, I told her you were just trying to make her jealous.” Tina got up and started pacing around. “How could you tell her that?!” asked Tina yelling.
“Stop yelling jesus. I thought you were trying to make her jealous,” said Papi truthfully.
“Why?” asked Tina. “You told her you liked her and then the next day you’re going on a date?”
“I wanted to forget her; I thought she didn’t have any feelings for me,” said Tina on the verge of crying. “It took me this past week to realize how much I need her in my life,” Tina began shouting. “Well, all I can say is that you screwed up,” said Papi and Tina looked at her.
“What? You did. Bette was showing you every signs that she wanted you. I think you were deliberately trying to push her away, because you’re afraid that she’s just like Shane and I. Ami right?” asked Papi now shouting. Tina went to the sofa and sat down, tears now rolling on her cheek.
“You’re right, I am afraid of her. Afraid that I’m just another girl,” Tina said wiping her tears. Papi sighed and went to sit next to Tina. Taking Tina’s hand Papi said:”Tina listen to me. Bette has never been like Shane and I. She would never just sleep with them and leave them.”
“She did it that one time I was at the club with you guys,” said Tina.
Papi laughed:”Yeah, well she didn’t just leave her. That girl knew it was for one night. The girls Shane and I go home with never see our faces again. We leave without saying anything. It’s like it never happened. And if you haven’t noticed Bette hasn’t gone to Milk as often as before,” said Papi trying to make Tina understand. “You’re right,” said Tina.
The following days Tina hung out with Bette’s closest friend much more. Papi found out that Bette was coming home in 2 days, so they planned the party for the day Bette arrived. “So. Shane, Papi did you guys get the beers?” Alice asked Papi and Shane. But before they could answer Tina had intervened:”Wait there’s going to be alcohol?”
“Well duhhh,” said Alice. “Alice, give Tina a break. She’s never gone to our parties,” said Papi putting an arm around Tina. “Never?” Alice asked and Tina nodded no. “Wow, were you been girl?” asked Shane. They all laughed at Tina and she became red. “So, what are you wearing at the party?” asked Alice. “What do you mean? I thought it was casual?” asked Tina looking at them. “Yeah it is. But I thought you wanted Bette,” said Papi. Tina laughed:”I do, but I don’t have anything sexy.” They all laughed. “What? I don’t,” said Tina innocent. “You don’t have to come sexy. Just don’t come normal,” said Shane. Tina nodded and then they continued planning the party.

Now, instead of B&T with a problem, now there are multiple problems. What a mess. Great update.
OMG what a mess hey. Just hope Bette and Tina will sort themselves out. Jenny as usual is a trouble maker
This is a mess and to much problems!
Just spent the last few hours reading all the chapters and have enjoyed the story. Not only are Tina and Bette having problems but so is everyone else. The one thing that is difficult to understand is that they are supposed to be living in a ghetto and are teenagers.
