Oh, she could do simple things and do a mean BBQ, but since she almost set the kitchen on fire, Tina didn’t want

    Yes, Valentine’s day 2015 would be a very special day this year, Bette smiled to herself. Since the last half year, she took cooking lessons without Tina knowing it.
    Oh, she could do simple things and do a mean BBQ, but since she almost set the kitchen on fire, Tina didn’t want her to do anything where fire was involved. So that meant that Tina did the cooking and when she was late, Bette would order dinner. And she was tired of ordering dinner, she wanted to be able to cook a decent dinner for her wife.

    So that’s when Bette decided to take cooking lessons. And Bette being Bette, she soon became the best of her class. The only person who knew what she was doing, was Kit.
    Kit almost got a fit when Bette told her about the cooking classes she was taking. That is, a fit of laughter.

    “You’re kidding me baby sis!” Kit laughed. “You……..cooking……..that’ll be the day!”

    Bette rolled her eyes and looked at her sister. “Seriously, Kit”. “You’re laughing at me, you think I’m pulling your leg?” “I’m not, Kit.”
    “For real, Tina is doing all the cooking.” “I’m only allowed in the kitchen to get something out of the fridge or to make a salade.” “Things she’s sure of won’t be able to set the kitchen on fire”. “I swear to God, I’ll let her taste my cookings once.” “And she’ll be sorry for not letting me cook.”

    “Now babys sis, you be for real.” “You almost did burn the kitchen down, correction, you almost did burn the house down.”

    “Oh please Kit, whatever!” “You know how to exaggerate.” “It was like a tiny fire.” “A little bitty fire that was out in a sec.”

    “Sec my ass.” “But tell me Bette, why I shouldn’t laugh?” “You’re the person with a kind of fear of stains.” “So……..when I try to picture you cleaning fish or meat, it kind of makes me laugh.”

    Bette tried to picture herself and a smile crept up on her face.
    “Yeah, I can imagine that.” “But hey Kit, I’m gonna take cooking lessons and surprise Tina at Valentine’s day.”

    Bette told her sister of her plans and got really enthousiastic. After she finished telling Kit what her plans were, Kit was pleasantly surpirised. She knew her baby sister was a dy hard romantic, but she didn’t know that Bette took it that far.

      Love the premise and the playfulness between them. Of course Bette had been the one to almost burn down the kitchen! I can just see Tina scolding her to keep her from the kitchen!

      It was beautiful, sexy, funny and above all very romantic story.
