    Chapter 23 – When Hope is Lost

     

    Bette had experienced a couple of releases as Tina had moved up her body that set the stage for the third most powerful release that when it finally arrived, the sexual energies flew out of her head chakra and left her, she was completely spent and satiated.

     

    When Tina came back up to kiss her beautiful wife, Bette was sound asleep. It was then that Tina realized how exhausted her lover was and felt relieved that she was sleeping. Feeling the bliss inside of this incredible and unexpected lovemaking with Bette, she lay next to her and just gazed at her beauty from one end to the other. Gawd had she missed her wife in ways she hadn’t understood. In this moment, she felt proud that she had never strayed from her vows to Bette while they were separated.

     

    Her spirituality was similar to Bette’s in that they had talked about what had happened between them and both agreed that they intuitively knew that what they had experienced in the loss of the other was meant to be so that coming back together, they would understand the work that they had to do daily to maintain the quality in this incredible relationship.

     

    Her love for Bette had only increased incredibly in the time they had spent together since Bette had unexpectedly returned to LA for the birth of Angie. She felt a deep sense of gratitude in all that she had gained in that present from the Universe and would now work hard to stay awake in her life and get this right with this amazing woman that lay asleep in the bed with her.

     

    She kissed her wife on the lips and in the next breath someone in the next room was making her presence known as well as her needs. Tina beamed as she gently exited the bed to go to the nursery to fetch her daughter for their morning ritual. She had not felt this happy in such a long time and it was all due to that amazing woman sharing her bed.

     

    No more taking life and her marriage to Bette for granted; she promised herself it would be a daily task of paying attention and working towards their relationship’s success.

    1. This was amazing and soooo sad at the same time, where do you begin when so much is happening all at once. Im so glaf Bette has all her family back and even though she cool with all her friends again im also happy that this story dont focus too much on them but the importance of Family! Love it
