When you really love a woman.

“How are you feeling about your debut into the art world?” Bette asked.

“I was a bit nervous but now I’m just excited. I’ve always loved painting and photography. I just never had the confidence to think I was good enough to show. Initially I did this just to displace Jodi at the Hammer but now I find that I really want it.” Tina admitted.

“You’ll be sensational. Peggy already loves your work. She’ll make it happen for you.”

“She’s a special lady. I can’t believe she and Helena are related. They are like night and day.”

“I know. I’ve known Peggy for years and she’s never even mentioned having a daughter. I guess they have their problems but hopefully someday they’ll work it out. I couldn’t imagine ever being estranged from my own child like that.”

“Me neither. After having two miscarriages I’d feel very blessed just to be able to take a baby to term. It’s my dream to have children. I would never want to leave them.”

“You’re going to make a great mom someday T. Don’t give up on that dream.” Bette was once again touched by all the tragedy Tina had suffered in her life. She wanted nothing more than to make her happy.

“I won’t. Not now … not ever.” Tina said thinking that she would love to share that experience with Bette someday. It was early in their relationship to be having a conversation about kids, but it was important for Tina to be with someone that shared her dream. Tina was about to ask Bette if she too wanted children but Bette beat her to it.

“It’s my dream to have children too. I was beginning to think I’d have to do it alone, until now. I can honestly say that I see myself having children with you. I look into your eyes and I can see our unborn children.”

“There’s a song about that you know?” Tina said this teasingly but Bette was serious. Maybe she was moving too fast, but as far as she was concerned they’d wasted too much time already.

“Yes I know … Bryan Adams: Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman.”

Suddenly Bette gets up and pulled Tina to her. “May I have this dance?” she asked her startled girlfriend.

    1. GM! Its 12:06 am! I got woke up at 11:15 pm! Check for the update and wasn’t there! So, I check another site came back and here it was! Amazing like always! I hate we didn’t get to read the first time they made love. I can’t remember if you wrote it in the chapters to come. Anyways! I hope and pray you do! Well, I’ve got to get some more sleep cause I have to be up at 5 am for work. Thanks again and PPS

    2. My first port of call as always and a great Port this morning :)
Thanks BAT loved it as usual, made me want to be able to see Tina’s art and the Unscrupulous Exhibition :)
Thanks for the daily posts look forward to the next :)

    3. Great update, enjoyed it. Glad they received long sentences but I was hoping jodi would have received a life sentence with no possibility of parole. At least she is behind bars with no money or chance to harm anyone in the future. Hope Tina has given Joyce directions to have her scouts and such to do everything they can to find Dave Wells and to do everything to repay him and give him a better life. He would pprobably never want to leave the bush and live among other people but they can make a comfortable living situation for him in the bush that he loves. Too bad that Tina probably can not find the person she sold the stones to so she could get them back as well. At any rate she should attempt to find him and help him. The song you picked is one of my all time favorites, had to go to youtube to hear it. Just perfect. Thanks for posting.

    4. Lovely this story, they are beautiful.
Happy to finally Jodie Kelly and paid
throughout harm they have done to Tina.
And our couple finally taste the love.
      The full constellation.
