Carmen and Andrew were patrolling the streets. Carmen hadn’t spoken a word all shift.
“Wonder how it’s going at the studio, Shay txt to say Jess is doing the video” Andrew looked at Carmen to see her reaction but she just kept staring out the window and driving.
“Carmen can you say something please I hate when your quite it makes me nervous” Andrew tried again
“What you want to talk about?”
“What’s going on in your head?” Andrew suggested
“That I’m a complete fucking idiot”
“You’re not a complete fucking idiot” Andrew corrected “You just made a mistake, people make mistakes”
“I should have told her Andrew, I made such a big deal about us being honest with each other and not keeping secrets”
“Okay yes you should have told her, but you didn’t so now we just need to let it run its course, she will calm down, Jess loves you”
“She threw her ring back at me”
“In the heat of the moment, I’d have probably punched you in the face if it was me” Andrew said
“Thanks that makes me feel so much better” Carmen stopped the car at the station “Can we just not talk about it, I’ll end up crying, and that’s the last thing I want to do at work!”
Andrew sighed getting out the car “ok”

“Deep breath you’ll be fine” Jace said hugging Jess “I’m right with you”
“Let’s get it over with” Jess said getting up
“5 MINUTES ON SET PLEASE!”
Jess and Jace climbed into the limo
“Lisa come here?” Tina shouted
Lisa walked over to her Mum.
“I need you in the video can you just look pretty and walk out with Jace?”
“Erm…”
“Please Lisa please…Don’t stress me anymore than I am”
“Fine but you owe me one” Lisa said
“JAKE! Get Lisa into hair and make-up ASAP!” Tina instructed
Mason was standing with his phone videoing everyone running about like maniacs.
“She’s scary at work” Mason said to Bette
“Tell me about it, I didn’t know how bitchy your Mum could be till now” Bette smiled putting her arm around Mason.

“I don’t know what twin is hotter” Luke smiled
“One’s married and one’s gay” Smithy said “And if Tina hears you discussing her daughters you will be jobless”
“Noted” Luke stated
“I think Jess is fit” Mitchell whispered to Luke
“Students” Smithy laughed shaking his head “Jake were ready, let’s do this”
Smithy stood behind his camera as he got on the crane.
Tina, Kelly and Louise stood at the monitor; Tina put her headset on as did Jake.
“QUIET ON SET!” Jake shouted
“Action!” Tina instructed
Shay stood beside Kelly watching the screens. Jace and Jess did everything Tina asked them to do.
“AND CUT!” Tina shouted
“Ok Jace Lisa is the girl you will walk out the dinner with and you will be all over her, Jess you’ll come out the bathroom and be like what the hell” Jake explained “You following”
Jess and Jace nodded .
“CLEAR SET!” Jake shouted
They got organised for the next take
“QUIET ON SET!”
“Action” Tina said
Tina watched closely
“Nope cut don’t like it” Tina said taking of her headset “look’s stupid!”
“Told you I was a bad actress!” Lisa smirked
“No it’s not you sweetie” Tina said “Everyone take 5”
“What’s the problem?” Jake asked
“I just don’t like it” Tina said
“What if Lisa and the other girls are sitting in a booth and Jace goes over and sits with them?” shay suggested
Tina thought for a second “That could work”
Tina explained to Jake what was going to happen.
“Ok so Jace you’ll go sit with the girls have a bit of a convo then you will get up and leave with them and Lisa you’ll be all over him”
“No he’ll be all over me thanks” Lisa smirked
Jake laughed “Ok ok”
Tina smiled “Let’s see how it goes. Jess you will get pissed as he goes and joins them and go to the bathroom, you’ll come out the bathroom just as they leave”
“Okay” Jess nodded
4 hours later…
“Ok that’s a wrap for today, tomorrow closed set I only want Jess and Shay here all the extra’s aren’t needed” Tina explained taking off her headset
“Can we still come mum?” Mason asked
“Yes sweetie you can still come” Tina hugged her son “Good work today, you were great help”
“Smithy is cool I like him, he’s a Lakers fan”
“You only like him because he let you on the crane” Tina smiled “Smithy doesn’t let anyone on his crane so feel privileged”
“Im starving” Lisa said
“Yeah me too actually” Bette agreed “Shall we go out for dinner?”
“Yeah why not, well let Jess decide” Tina lifted her bag “You guys coming?” Tina asked referring to Louise and Kelly.
“I’m going to pass, I’m not really hungry, sorry, I’m going to go to the recording studio and I think I’ll walk” Jess said
“You need to eat sweetie” Bette said
“I will, I’m just not hungry, I just want some time on my own” Jess said leaving the studio
“I’m going to go with Jess, I’ll make sure she eats” Louise said watching Jess leave the studio
“She said she wants time on her own though?” Lisa said
“She doesn’t need to know I’m there, but I’ll be there if she needs someone, your all far too close in this” Louise explained
“Okay thank you” Bette smiled understanding where Louise was coming from “You have my number if you need me”
“I’ll go with you guys, gives Louise and Jess the studio to themselves” Kelly explained
