“Now let’s not be too annoyed at her” Andrew laughed “The shit she took of you when you were sick was unreal”

“I’m trying real hard here but patience with Jess is in a whole different level than just having patience”

“I understand that” Andrew smiled “Do you want me to drive today?”

“No I’m more than capable thank you” Carmen took the keys from Andrew “If I’m driving my mind is busy”

“So how have you been feeling?” Callie asked taking Jess’s blood pressure “Lucy said your bloods were low yesterday”

“Yeah, I’ve been okay I walked down here this morning and everyone else went nuts at me” Jess explained

“The stairs?”

“No the lift” Jess said

“How were you after it?”

“Out of breath a little but I was okay” Jess explained “I’m bored Callie, I’m sick of being stuck in the house, I’m not a sit at home and do nothing kind of person I hate it”

“I get that Jess I do but my main concern is you end up back in hospital and worse off than what you are now, I let you home because you promised me you would take it easy”

“And I am, I’ve watched every fucking episode of grey’s anatomy from start to finish, I’m halfway through rookie blue and contemplating starting the good wife”

“That’s a good show you’ll like it” Callie smiled “look I can sympathise I hate being stuck inside too, but your still not there yet Jess your vitals are still too low”

“Can I at least go to the studio and just chill there?” Jess asked

“Jess it’s too risky, I honestly don’t think you’re well enough, maybe next week” Callie stated

Bette and Tina sat listening to every word neither of them saying anything so Jess couldn’t accuse them of putting words in Callie’s mouth.
