    You Found Me 146

Feeling her hands get shaky she turns back around and finishes pouring. Thinking this isn’t the time to talk to her she’s busy and I have my mind in the gutter. Besides I have a luncheon to get to. With that thought she turns and exits the door.

Tina just happens to get a whiff of Bette’s perfume and a glance of her going out the door. Will you excuse me I’ll be right back.  And she follows after Bette.

Hey, you not have time to say hello this morning? Tina says with a little hurt in her voice

Bette stops after hearing Tina’s voice behind her. Jane just drops her head thinking Oh yea I was right and precedes to listen with her head down. Bette turns and answers with a shaky voice. Well you looked busy so I didn’t want to interrupt you.

That never stopped you before ..Tina shoots back with a more stern voice

Bette clears her throat.. Sorry …she says softly

Do you have time to speak with me for a moment? Tina asks sees Bette’s meekness

Bette holding her cup of coffee in one hand takes her other hand and pulls her cuff back to see her new watch Tina’s mom and dad gave her for Christmas. I have thirty minutes before my next meeting, so yes… finding it hard to look into her eyes just yet.

Tina gestures her toward her office… Bette opens the door and walks in with Tina right behind her shutting the door as Bette reaches Tina’s desk she puts he coffee cup down. As well as her head waiting on Tina to speak. Tina wants to just go to her give her  a hug, but sees their not at that point yet. So she walks along her wall beside of the desk.

I’m so sorry Bette about last night,  Bette’s head jumps up and looks right at her this time. Tina’s breath gets caught in her throat but continues. I have this damn Kennard temper that just takes over and I react first then I speak and make it even worse. I can’t take any of it back but I wish I could because I never meant to hurt you like that.

Tina why are you apologizing? I’m the one who hurt you I’m the one who got your damn Kennard temper as you call it bent out of shape to begin with. I’m the one who let this thing with Shy get out of hand.

    1. The importance of dialogue is more than clear in all walks of life, in every aspect. It is essential to know to be straight and aberto..Foi very important to have Tina
      this dialogue with Bette.
I apologize for being slow to read, it is that I’ve been very busy at work, and when I came out of a time, I am involved in the art of photography, as some
friends ask me to turn photos deles.Prometo me
      keep updated.
      The complete constellation.
      Bear hug.

    2. Bette should have never lead Shy on either. whole scene wouldn’t have happened if she had Talked with Shy to begin with. Some times our past does come back to haunt us. Thank you for commenting it’s interesting what the read gets from each chapter. even if it is old. lol
