    Tina went to bed early that night and slept late mostly because she tossed and turned all night, sub-consciously looking for Bette in bed. She wakes and dresses for outside work.     Yea I thought I would give Daddy a hand. Turning back, looking at her mom. If that’s alright?

    Sure darling, whatever you want to do. I’m going to run out and pick up a few things at the store you need anything while I’m out?

    No I’m good mom but thank you. Blowing on her coffee before she takes a drink.

    It’s Friday morning nine am… Bette sat in the far end of the conference  room, which was on the north end of the building, Peggy’s domain. But she was just borrowing it for a little bit to show her power make Sasha see the light. The room is well light, very bright actually with a long dark hard wood table and 12 high back leather chairs…Bette has papers laid out in front of her. She has on her black power suit today. Tina love her in it and while Tina is away this meeting has everything to do with her. So Bette found it fitting to wear it to defend her lady love.

    She had her chair turned toward the window when Sasha knocks softly and walks in. Bette turns herself and the chair with her to give Sasha a welcome and ask her to please take a seat, gesturing to the seat to her left, two chairs away from her and where she had a glass of water sitting. Bette has her hands intertwined on her lap with her elbow on the right arm of the chair smiling slightly.

    Sasha do you know why you are here?

    Sasha was at a loss really she had been thinking all morning what this meeting could be about, she hadn’t been on the floor long enough for an evaluation, and besides Peggy would be the one giving her this. The other would be is if Tina would have told her what she had been doing, which in turns means she was about to lose her job over Bobbie influencing her to sabotage Bette and Tina’s relationship.

          It is purely good luck i got to read and comment first, i have a free weekend and i work late/day and morning shifts. Sometimes i am not able to read or comment when i recieve a notification, i do have to work and sleep, or spending time with my lovely wife or friends.

    6. GM! Its great to come in from a long and hard night of work to find this amazing story! I was pissed cause I had to work a night shift. Something I haven’t done in over 10 years. They let a manager go so I have to cover her shifts this weekend. Shit pissed me off to no end! Didn’t get home util 1:30 am and can’t go to sleep. Have to be at a meeting at 9 am. I love this story so much! It did take my mind off being pissed for a few minutes. Glad Bette read Sasha ass now to put Bobbie ass in check. I pray she waits until Tina is with her to do that. I love me some Grams also! Off for a short nap now cause its 3:21 am. PPS

      • cellphone I hope you’re surviving this weekend, I hate third shift too been longer than ten years since I had to do that, I don’t think I could hang I hate second shift as well. I’m a morning person I like my shift 5am till 1pm. just wished I was off every weekend and it would be perfect. glad my story was there for your cool down.

    8. Beautiful! I just caught up.. I had to wait to the drama was over… I can’t be left with drama it has to have a resolution.. So I just wait and then read all the chapters together.. Although the drama wasn’t unbearable this time..

      And how dare you make me teary eyed.. Some of the phone calls between Bette and Tina pulled on my heartstrings.. But awesome chapters, can’t wait for the makeup.., the loving is going to be soooooo good.. LOL

      Good! Bette was very benevolent with Sasha as
      she knows she was induced by Bobbie, but not
      so it has less guilt, your luck is that work
      she is good.
      I hope this serves as a lesson for Sasha.
      My heart pulsates when things walking
      for a large reconciliation.

    10. Wow. Can I just say how much I love Grams, she reminds me so the older folks back home in North Carolina. So Bette surprised Tina, that was sweet. Tina needs to trust in her woman more and get a thicker skin, someone is always going to be jealous of their relationship and try to sabotage it.
